- Waleed is driving in Mango Park when he is suddenly pulled over by a police officer. The officer claims to smell a strange odor coming from Waleed's vehicle. He thinks Waleed has drugs in the car so he calls for backup. After the backup arrives, the police conduct a search of the vehicle. When no drugs or weapons are found, one of the officers decides to take matters into his own hands.

I wonder how many cops witness something like this and feel terrible about it but are AFRAID to rat out the other cop so they just live with the guilt of knowing that they watched an innocent person get framed.
Some states now have the accountability law so that good cop's won't be afraid of retaliation.
In Malaysia, we have our own set of laws for the police department, there has been Royal commission of Inquiry and the whistle-blower act to protect us citizens and the honest policemen who want to rat out corrupt and racist cops!!

Where i come from, ALL officers have two cams on them all the time. One real time to HQ, one HD recorded. All fully charged while off the beat.
