@@IntelArcTesting its a trade off ive found. any water that is moving will look like sludge on fsr, xess it doesnt change as much, but hair and grass flicker more on xess, whereas fsr will just smooth it out like bad TAA. Thats why I'm a TSR chad
Bro i need your help please help me i am using arc a750 and 5700x like you and i am facing a prb when my cpu power reaches more than 60 watt it starts laging it remains for 6-10 second and after 1 or 2 minutes it starts to frame drop again for same period of time

update your bios and chipset driver.
how much fps when fsr and fg is off?
~35 on 1440p medium

because new games have some problem running on intel arc a750, but after intel release a new driver it will be fixed
Do you have rebar on? If yes and its still lagging, force update the driver.
