As an autistic girl with an autistic son I m sooooo happy and extremely grateful that I found your UA-cam channel!!! Even if I already know a lot about the topic, I m still learning and lots of your knowledge and statements help a loooooot for being self confident on going this way with my son through all about school and so on ...its soooo wonderful that you are in this world and share those important statements. I think you bring a looooooot to so many people in the world. Chloe, I'm sure you hear this a lot, but you are such an inspiration. My whole life I felt that there was something wrong with me, that I could never fit in anywhere, and then over the past year, I've discovered that I'm actually just autistic. Then I heard that there was this new show on Netflix with an autistic character that actually looked like me. So, I watched it, and I can't tell you how many times I broke down crying because I felt so seen for the first time in my life. I've connected with fictional characters before, in that I would become obsessed with them and make them my personality for a bit, but with Quinni it wasn't just connecting to some aspects of her personality and wanting to be more like her, I felt her experiences and her hardships, and I related to the character in a way that I never had before. So naturally, I immediately followed you on everything and have been binging your videos, and I just love how outspoken you are about life as an autistic person. As someone who's just now figuring all this out, you've been such a help to me.
I finally just got around to watching Heartbreak High, and I loved Quinni’s character! Episode 6 hit me especially hard because I could really relate to her story. Anyway, I just wanted to express the gratitude I have for you and the rest of the people who made this representation possible! 💞

I watched all of Heartbreak High in a day and I've watched back my favorite parts several times since.
The best thing about the show was discovering Chloe !!
My favorite part of heartbreak high was discovering Chloe was in it, I watched it because of her and her character is the best autistic representation i have ever seen. I love it so much, I know I don't know her, but I'm so proud of her and happy that she did such an awesomeness thing for the autistic community, and that autistic kids finally have a character to look up to
thank you so much for the chat about the highs and the lows. for unrelated trauma reasons, pain is equated, for me, with extreme danger, and i do everything in my power to avoid the crashes by choosing familiar, neutral activities everyday. i think it's where i need to be for this season of healing, but i'd love for my life to be more adventurous one day.

It's so funny how you felt about Tim, since thats how I feel about meeting you and Jordan last weekend! I read your book yesterday and have been crying from how seen I feel.
If I read your book 10 years ago, it would have been life changing, I'm so grateful now my son and so many other younger people can read it and feel seen and validated and seen, as well as us later diagnosed autistic humans too. You've really inspired me to start deep diving into myself further to be the best me I can be for the world, and find who I truly am along the way.

I'm so happy I found you, I got diagnosed as autistic a couple weeks ago but I watched your videos way before, which helped me understand a lot about autism and dig up a ton ableist beliefs I held, every time I see a new tweet, or tiktok, or youtube video, or open your book that I got recently, I feel so much happier and prideful about myself and my disabilities, and so much more accepted. However, I saw the shark merry go round contraption when I was walking past centreplace and it was so hard to not buy it (if anyone's wondering about it, it's from a store called monsterthreads and is around 90 - 100 dollars AUD, if you live in Melbourne they have a store there if you walk through centreplace into a white hall thing). My special interest in sharks actually started after watching your Netflix vlog and hearing about shark nets, I started diving into research about shark nets and shark species and I just went from there. I have so much to thank you for. Please excuse me for the ramble🥰
