For upwards two million dollars there should be a summer kitchen. Owners retreat closest are small. But overall this home is amazing.

Love the backyard, even without the outdoor kitchen. Please tell me those weren't Corian counter tops in the kitchen. I guess at night you could count planes coming and going, maybe make that a drinking game when entertaining. For that price point you can find somewhere that's not practically in the airport.
Hi Mark, I believe this one is located away from the flight path, to the east of the airport, and east of Narcoossee road, unlike Laureate Park or even worse Somerset Park where the planes fly low overhead, so planes shouldn't be an issue here. I have had some buyers who actual did like Lake Preserve as they liked looking at the airplanes land, I prefer to be a little farther away from the airport ;). I wish that more houses have basements in them and a barbecue pit outside
Basements are very rare in Florida due to water.
Even when we built a 8 foot deep pool they had issues with water flooding the hole as they tried to place the gunite in for the shell :)

Where did you come up with your gender-neutral terminology? It's called a Master Bedroom, not a Primary Bedroom, it's a Master Bathroom, not a Primary Bathroom, His and Her Sinks not two Sinks, His and Her Closets not two closets with one Bigger and one Smaller, everyone knows who the person is that has the most clothes and shoes, it's the Women of the house, therefore she gets the biggest closet, so it's okay to say His and Her whatever. Other than that you probably have the best videos but this gender-neutral woke terminology drives me crazy.
