I want to test sensitivity and specificity of Physical examination, and MRI against arthroscopy as golden standard. I have diagnosed injuries including Medial Meniscal Lesion, Lateral Meniscal Lesions, Anterior Cruciate Ligament Injuries. How can i test sensitivity and specificity and accuracy if I want to enter all data of 615 patients in one data sheet? I meant I want to calculate in SPSS. thank you in advance

Despite I utilized a two-way table in which the variables are of the same type (both of them nominal), I get that from SPSS. What should I do about that ?
