Dear sir, Don't know you are earning money or no for teaching this, but for sure- you are earning blessings ❤️🙏🏻.. Now a days learning design skills in less fees is nearly impossible. But you are teaching for free... Love you sir!🔥 Keep up the same🙏🏻 you are indirectly solving my financial issues
I always feel sleepy when I watch your videos lol. Your voice is calm and soothing, and your toturials are really nice and clear. Thank you for uploading.
I'm using 3DExperience. The Gauge Tables option is not available... the tables are not in the directory. Where can I get the gauge templates to add... thank you ... have enjoyed many of your large assembly tutorials.
Hi Would you be able to do a video on 3D sketch and converting that to flat pattern ,for example sketch to 3D coordinate table and then do a flat pattern , this would be really helpful , Thanks
I have a question regarding the propagate button option. I've followed the steps of operation as shown but I 'm not getting the button to show itself. any advise as to why . I can always get the one flange to be created but not the rest.
Anand Durgoji 1 second ago very well explained video. sir is it possible to make a sheetmetal cover with all corners with radius 50mm. size of the cover is 450 x 450mm x 80mm height with both end open with a end flange size of 30mm
Nice Presentation!!! Your method of teaching is the best that I've ever found. But brother, when I move my cursor over any of the tools in my solid works 2015 does not show the tools name automatically like yours. Is there anything to change in my settings? can U help please?

Using extrusion it will be very tough and time consuming. With sheet metal module it is fast and easy. And development is not possible for extruded part.
@varun K factor, also called stretch factor used for calculation of bend allowance in sheet metal while bending.. Bend allowance = alpha *(Radius + strech factor *thickness)
Thanks, you solved my problems with this video, excellent explanation

I cannot find the button to propagate the Miter Flange. It just does not appear. I have solidworks 2024.
Nevermind, I was trying to propagate the flange on the wrong surface
Key for shortcut how u turn object in 4:30
sir u are vary best
sir can u tell me the way how i can get the drawing of the part when i downloaded the part from the grabcad . yes plz sir
Very well done. Nice pace and explanation of all features. I am not a sheet metal person so I'm not familiar with cross section, what is it?
Cross section is given for stiffening the sheet. To strengthen the sheet.
CAD CAM Tutorials is that like a pan that tapers down? Ive seen like drain pans have these edges in them towards the drain.
Kindly requesting.Sir how to download solidwork 2022 version in PC laptop
Nice TUT thx.
thank you
Sir what is k factor and y it used
is there a way to convert it into individual parts?
But why sheet metal in the first place? can't these be done by extrusion.
Using extrusion it will be very tough and time consuming. With sheet metal module it is fast and easy. And development is not possible for extruded part.
@@CADCAMTutorials thanks for the answer. May be I have not come across development problems. Anyway I like your videos so much.
need a video example for a sheetmetal deduction bend angle 45 deg
thx
You're welcome 😊
cant see propogate option, please help
Can we do reverse engineering in solid works
Tutorial on Shit Metal tools.... perfect! :)
Ya know this guy is great and a very good teacher and I appreciate it just have to say.. but I couldn’t help but laugh when he says sheet metal😂
Superb !!!
Thank you

What is k-factor and gauge table !! Explain it please
Gauge table is sheet size table. Standard sheet sizes available in market. For K-factor you will have to search on the net.
How to show bending edge line it haven't shown it's very defficult to understand
@varun K factor, also called stretch factor used for calculation of bend allowance in sheet metal while bending..
Bend allowance = alpha *(Radius + strech factor *thickness)
sie,you please explain welded corner,
nice presentation.
thanks

WHAT IS K- FACTOR
K factor is the bending stress required for a particular material it is usually 0.5 for most of tye materials it also depends on the thickness
hello sir
Hi
Shit metal tools.
