Very nice recipe. You have shown it very nicely.
But to say that it is new and one has never eaten that before is perhaps not right.
I make this gravy for my non veg dishes. Especially chicken and egg. In vegetarian I have used this with paneer - capsicum and potatoes - peas.
It is very tasty gravy. This same gravy with few tomatoes pureed and added will also be very nice.
