I guess sans thinks that on a neutral run the human just a very bad person so sans condemn him and fells angry and sad because of that he becomes stronger.
And on a genocide run sans just understand that he fights with psychopath that killed all monsters on his way
So yeah, it's my theory

6:17 i'm sorry i know this is a remake and the og was much shittier in its coding, but that attack is still such bullshit. it always gets me. the passage to get out in between the perpendicular blasters and the diagonal blasters is so fucking tiny that i find myself rarely ever being able to not get hit. i either go too early or too late. and it doesn't help how much damage the gaster blasters themselves do outside of easy mode

Why is his attacks harder that genocide sans's when its in neutral
after some neutrals and genocides (not more of 50 if we combine), he gets artificial gaming DT so he remembers, but decides to not kill everyone (uhm uhm Dust Sans) and instead tries to, welp, Genos Sans gaming chair, also like he got artificial DT (Genos gaming), he has alot more chances to win and because of YOU not doing a genocide, there is gonna still be monster, so he got more reasons to live rather than just trying to convince you into resetting the timeline pointlessly and without any hope of going back home (AKA genocide route)
