Dude Lego seriously needs to make better decisions. This series was one of the best and yet with the bad marketing, lack of revamping the designs, and less amount of episodes, they seriously treated this series so poorly.

@@mintyaquagreen1675 I was part of the generation who grew up with Bionicle. To me Hero Factory always felt like a generic replacement, where there is less need for world building to keep the theme going. Don't get me wrong there are some neat Hero Factory sets and its one of the better Lego themes, but it's no where near Bionicle. They tried to reboot Bionicle, which was a much larger success and it failed miserably. Perhaps they'd have more luck with Hero Factory, though I doubt it. We'll see what the future holds. A spiritual successor to both Bionicle and Hero Factory would probably be a better bet.
Everyone imagine a comeback of Lego hero factory damnnnn, like last time I watched it was 7 years ago+. Man this series has to go on
it got replaced by Bionicle which flopped and it was way more popular 20 years ago when it first aired. It's probably a better idea to leave Hero Factory as it is.

@@screwtapee No, sadly the line of Star Wars buildable figures was brought to an end back around late 2018. Which was a shame, as the line had some potential in terms of builds and characters that they could've made.
I remember when everyone hated this episode way back in 2014, looks like over time it became nostalgic, but I still prefer the original voices from the last 10 episodes

I thought the Battle Machines and the Beasts toys themselves were the cool parts about this HF wave until the fandom that loved Rise of the Rookies to Breakout more than anything else said something lol.

One thing I noticed is that the fourth miner was never found and it's really making me wonder, Where was he? Was he in the giant nest? Because if so he is most definitely dead since that nest got destroyed

I know I loved Hero Factory as a kid, but I honestly refer to the OG cast of the characters. Except the personality and voice for Evo in Breakout/Brain Attack

FINALLY I FOUND IT..I been looking for this game for a long time..
Ah this episode takes me way back to when I turned 14 on my birthday. I got me a Stormer Freeze Machine along with my Godzilla: History's Greatest Monster comic novel from Barnes n Noble.
And then went on to watch Godzilla 2014.
Breakout was the last “good” Hero Factory to me. I mean they were all good, but Breakout and the ones prior to it were just soooooo good. Either way this is so nostalgic and these shows are actually not that bad looking back on them.

Would be nice to have a continuation of a series…that stopped in 2014-2015….that was very much loved
Y'know, rewatching all of the Hero Factory episodes in order made me realize how Invasion From Below feels more like a reboot than a continuation.
Instead of it being about robotic heroes built to save the galaxy, sometimes even being rebuilt with new weapons and whatnot, they're now heroes... making battle machines to fight with? Also the heroes' designs got a downgrade because in the sets they're about the size of a minifigure just so they can be put in big mechs, none of which is ever explained.
There are also other things left unexplained or even things that were removed/not shown. Like where's Zib and Quadal? What about the villains from past episodes? Why are we doing Savage Planet/Brain Attack... again?? Like, did the series have an identity crisis at that point or something?
The writing also seems off, which is weird when you realize the same writer worked on Breakout and Brain Attack, where the writing was MUCH better than here.
Oh and from what I've seen, the whole cast has been replaced with new voice actors we haven't heard of before, which wouldn't be a bad thing if the voices atleast resembled what the characters are supposed to sound like (which they don't most of the time.) Furno DEFINITELY doesn't sound right, and even Rocka and Surge's voices are off.
So yeah, this was certainly the low point of the franchise. Hero Factory did have a lot of potential but it also had some weird... choices here or there, like whatever made the designers give the heroes an animal theme in Savage Planet (funny how in Breakout they ignored that ever happened lol.)
But honestly I love this series to bits - after Bionicle ended its run while I was really young, this was the best next thing for me, and the CCBS system they introduced in Ordeal Of Fire really opened up the amount of possibilities for MOC's and even the series' cast of characters. It's just that Invasion From Below is not as exciting and very rough around the edges (more than the previous episodes,) both in the film and the LEGO sets.

Thing i dont really like about ifb is
1.changing the civilian models and the hero models they could've just made some change to the breakout model and use that
2.downgrade in details the mechs are straight up scans of the set with some minor change unlike the past where they are add more mechanical details like wires in joints and some change so it looks less toyish

Oh god this was seven years ago
1. Why would they build mechs right on the field, instead of doing that on factory and later arrive with already ready mechs? (also so they could have more time to train to operate those things)
2. Why would they use goo as an ammunition?
3. Heroes usually referred to Stormer as "commander" or "sir". Why now they call him by his name?
4. Why didn't they show us what happened to Furno's mech? (even if it got destroyed, they at least could show it to us)
5. Why didn't Rocka give his underground mech a windshield? (both here and toy figure)
6. Rocka couldn't move, also Rocka managed to hit the monster with a buzzsaw
7. What did generate the lightning in the magnetic field?
8. How does the queen even fly with those "wings"?
9. They never listen to Breeze 🤦♂️
10. How no one noticed a cocoon on their ship?

I used to play a game about this on my IPad and even though I didn’t understand English I still loved the characters and thought they were super cool, I really miss things like this.

I've binged watched this series, and I've got something to say.
One, didn't like, all the villains get released from prison, INCLUDING VON NEBULA? Why are we focusing on random bug monsters?
Two, ONE OF THE VILLIANS HAS THE BLUEPRINTS TO MAKING MORE HEROS. WHERE IS THAT? Who is that?

Well they were trying to tell some story with all villains breaking out that could’ve continued to a bigger plot, to me I liked breakout a lot since it expands further beyond and perhaps somewhere in the future their would be evil heroes which might’ve led to some conclusion but I see your point so I won’t argue
And with the whole brains thing yep it felt random which concludes to a cliffhanger, I thought there was going to be a continuation but nope let’s just forget about that and move on making this into a reboot because we got no clue on to continuing this any longer and let the fans brainstorm how it should’ve ended
For your answer I have no good one but maybe lack of writing just not knowing where it could pick off or focusing their attention on other Lego products which kinda screws them over, seriously their are better options that just using mechs which ruins the purpose of hero factory

Bit of a shame this is the last time we saw Hero Factory before its cancelation and now looking back I feel like this line/invasion from below was to blame for its end.
That's their loss, I use to have one of the Battle Machines sets which is Rocka's Stealth Machine and I liked it.
Besides, if the other Hero Factory fans never liked Invasion from Below so much, why didn't they tell me I'm not a real fan for liking the sets because of the Mechs and Beasts being my favorite part about it in the first place? lol.

Hey, guy. I’m not sure if you knew this, but in summer 2014, the game got updated with several stuff, like the Hydra Beast, Scorpion Beast, the Combi Evo XL Machine, Evo & Furno Twin Machine, Stormer Blizzard Machine (Stormer Freeze Machine and Rocka Stealth Machine combined together), and time challenges. Plus, they fixed up the backgrounds for the Jaw Beast, Splitter Beast, and Queen Beast in Battle Mode. You had to pay for them through ITunes. Just giving you and the people in the comment section a heads-up. I remembered them very well.
