The missing screw isn't missing. It was the same screw that held the top of the battery in. Great video! Thank you : )

Most likely the drive failed. Need to replace the drive and reinstall Windows

I was swapping my grandmother's SSD and the same problem happened. If you just upgraded, make sure it's listed as a trusted boot device in BIOS.
