But there is tons of choreographers who work for more than one company. Or they get hired for different companies all the time.
But as a choreographer your main job is kinda yknow choreographing. And ALL choreographers start out with studio choreographing and before that they are students at some studio.
Its when they get good and get hired they start out choreographing with companies.

I'm an EXO-L and I really appreciate Kai, but no he's not at the level of these dancers, and it's understandable! These people are professional dancers and do full-time dancing, but Kai also does singing and rapping and others too. Hopefully one day he'll be as good as them!
Heng Javier mihawk himself said in an interview that kai is on the same level though. He even said he could be even better if he could just focus on dancing.
