Great feedback on how to get promoted, and I wanted to add getting 360 feedback is crucial- not only from your supervisor, but from your peers and the people below you as well. I’ll never forget how a peer gave me tough feedback, and it was very tough because my supervisor never touched on it. However, when I asked they agreed, and I thought Wow, when was they ever going to tell me. My Supervisor was for me, but shied away from the critical feedback that I needed at times. Great video! I hope you had a great Mother’s Day with your family!

For us salary employees, the give back period can be rough because of the late night work and calls. I'm currently in my give back period and I'm ready for it to be over. I enjoy my job so I won't complain to much. Thanks for sharing.
