How many chances they gave this young man after committed so many crimes, this goes to show that he should have been locked up long ago. He was a lifetime criminal. Stop giving young thugs freedom, it is not fair to society and it is not fair to innocent people. No 1st degree murder requires premeditation. Felony murder would be what you are describing. Hopefully the POS will rot in prison or maybe let the elderly woman’s surviving family members have their way with the murderers.
In Louisiana 2nd degree murder carries natural life in prison, no parole ever- get them on that. Only way they leave prison is in a ⚰️ pine box. As they should!

I grew up around some pretty mean kids, most of whom eventually joined society, They all had dads who dealt severely with first offences in the back yard. The idea of any of them surviving twenty five offences is laughable.

This is what happens when people think punishing criminals is inhumane, they keep getting released to commit more crimes. The average time spent in prison for murder is less than 15 years.
