I'm running my first marathon in Manchester in May and currently have hurt my ankle so haven't been able to run on it in the last 5 day and it's stressing me out! I have been doing 40/50 mile weeks so don't know if I have just tired it out! Really want to run it sub 3:45 and scared this is going to set me back! Do you have any tips - especially as I know you currently have a little injury yourself and are a pro marathon runner !!! xxx
