I gained my weight back + more and I feel so helpless 😢 The problem is that with age it is getting harder and motivation is close to 0. However, It is now or never.. all my life I have been on a diets and still chubby - not fair 😩
Amen to everything you said. It's so easy to say it but putting in the work is 56567888755 times harder. My biggest help is reminding myself that it's lose weight or surgery for me... and I sure as hell don't want a date with the doctor 😆
Did the weight gain affect your back again?
Thankfully no. I think it has a lot to do with being aware of what affects it most and avoiding it. Also, the stretching. But I know carrying the extra weight isn't good for my back so I want to lose some to stay healthy.
