Your video on weight loss 5 yrs ago, inyroduced me to your channel. Did your back stopped yiu from excercising or you just lost the inrerest to keep your weight down? O personally have gainedv20 poinds since 4 years ago, i meed to lose weight, biy have herniated disc😢

Hi! To be honest, when the pandemic hit and everything closed down, I just couldn't sustain it. I'm the type that needs to go elsewhere to do my exercise. I get lazy at home, and that's exactly what happened. I tried to workout at home in the beginning, but slowly, it eventually became less frequent. It's not an excuse. It's just the reality. By the time we were able to go back to the gym, I lost the motivation. I do plan on getting back into my health but it's going to have to be slow and steady cause the extra weight does put me at risk of hurting myself. If I could do it once, then I can do it again. We all can. Best of luck to you!

Please when you do the alter ego videos don’t hold back. I need to know the truth. I can not find any review that wasn’t sponsored or someone given the products. Every one says they are better or as good as the originals and I’m let’s just say skeptical. Hope all the typhoons pass you by and I hope all the hurricanes pass me by.
