Loved the mini food tour of Seoul. However, I'd avoid Indian food when I'm travelling because I cannot vouch for the authenticity of it wherever I go and, in the name of Indian food, you get limited food options.

Why didn't you try Samgyeopsal or Hanwoo Beef? And you should've had Japchae, Bibimbap, Heottok, Mandu, Jjajangmyeon, Kimchi Jigae and so much more. Also should've made a video on the convenience store culture out there.

Nothing for vegetarians. It is so frustrating.
Means that there is nothing to eat for vegans 😭😭😭
They're great meat eaters for sure but there's vegan culture existing too. You can go to more tourist-centred places like Itaewon where there's diversity of options for all. But normally yes it's difficult to immediately find a place if you're hungry. Idk about pure Vegan but there are many vegetarian Korean dishes with no meat added so you can selectively ask for them and a lot of snacks as emergency food.
Oh and there's Tofu, the soybean panneer. Tofu is one of the main dishes like Indian panneer. There cannot be a native restaurant without a tofu dish which is usually meatless. As a vegan you might not eat milk panneer but if you go to Korea you can eat a lot of tofu and soybased foods
