I held off on buying this guy for a while. But the more I kept seeing of him, the more I kept getting enticed. I finally caved. Let's hope he was worth it!
That is the Three-Section Staff, FYI. A much more complicated version of the Two-Section Staff. I don't know this guy, he doesn't look like the elite foot soldiers, but is cool, nonetheless.

I didn't recognize him either. He is done in the Mirage style but I've read he's actually an original created by eca. Which is awesome!
