I have my Taurus Ultra Force Pro for 15 days ago and I am satisfied with the purchase. I think, now, that the normal version might be enough for me; however, Pro allows you to remove only the leg part, which is excellent (I only put it on even for those two exercises). Undoubtedly, it is very versatile, has a smooth and quiet operation and allows you to train, from various angles, the whole body. As for the materials, it seems to be sufficiently robust, but I would like to be able to compare it with the Finnlo Bio Force Extreme, to see if there is any substantial difference, namely in the resistance selection rods and the removable pulleys. In mine, the piece that adjusts the resistance oscillates a lot and doesn't slide as well as you see in the videos, it has some friction; on most occasions, I have to use both hands and pull with skill. As for the pulleys, when I put them on the lower washers, they tend to stick with the cable between the pulley and the outer protection; if the cable was thicker or the pulley was more tight to the protection, it might not happen. In terms of ergonomics, it would be necessary to place the backrest of the adjustable seat and the seat, at least, with a third position (since it has only two possible heights). Since I speak in the seat, it oscillates a little more than desirable, namely to make femoral curl. In addition, two more washers on the horizontal iron closer to the center would be welcome for some movements. Nothing is perfect, obviously and nothing pleases everyone but this machine is ideal for training at home.

I have the Taurus Ultraforce and it's a fantastic piece of kit. I have one question, though. It's claimed that the maximum resistance is 110 kg (55 kg each side); is that really the case? It doesn't feel quite as much as that. Has it been tested to prove that it is the equivalence of 110 kg?
Hi VOTOM, it should be 100 kg. I don't one here right now to make another test. But I remenber using the Lat-Bar with 100 kg (connected to both sides at highest mark), I was lifting myself up (being at around 92 kg that time), so perfeorming a Pull Up instead of a Lat Pulldown. I am pretty sure, that the weights were quite correct. Best Christian
@@fitshopgroup Thanks for the reply. Interesting because I tried the same test as you, with maximum resistance, and when I hang from the lat bar it pulls it down slowly and I weigh 88Kg. I did another test with an electronic luggage scale and hooked to one of the handles and selected maximum resistance. As I pulled the handle out it showed a weight of around 32kg that increased gradually as I pulled the cable handle further out and it hit a weight of 38Kg when the cable was pulled quite far out.
I bought a Taurus Ultra Pro and I am waiting for the stock to be replenished now in March. I hope it will be soon. As I am already planning the exercise variations, using a multifunction bench that I already have, I would like to know the distance, in centimeters, between the front pulleys and the first perpendicular iron, the one that supports the vertical iron where it supports the bench. Thanks.
Kleiner Montagefehler im Video: der Sitz wird falsch herum montiert (bei 08:05): die schmale Sitzseite gehört nach hinten, auf die Seite, die eingehängt wird - dann verläuft auch die Halterung parallel zum Sitz. Sonst sehr hilfreich bei der Montage heute :-)

Hi, those are two of the differences. The third one would be: at the normal version you can remove the whole seat including the leg curl. For the pro version you can remove the whole seat or just the leg curl, if you wanna skip leg day. :-) But seriously don't skip leg day.

I heard this machine went out of business in the United States but what if someone had one of these and the hydraulic gas tanks were to go out how could someone purchase Replacements because without that ability to buy replacement parts the machine is basically useless obviously so how could someone buy new replacement hydraulic tanks if they needed to for example?
Hi, we are europe-based but would ship to the US if there was an order - of course shipment would cost a little bit. We do not have any intents on stopping selling this fine machine here in Europe, but I don't know if there are any restrictions exporting parts to the US, but as of yet I have not heard of any.

I experience at little bit of slack in the cable. Like is 5 cm to long. Resulting in no full range of motion in leg extension an lat pull down
