      Guy was friends of Hamas and was voted in to the top job? I mean how many more Hamas sympathisers or supporters are within the labour ranks. The damage he did to the left was immense he turned it into a party run by Islamist. Most Brits are becoming more atheist and it’s just out of touch to have politics that’s inline with an Islamic terrorists group.

By that I mean not purchasing new hospitals ie building them but renting, Dental fees changed and effectively dropped so dentists left NHS and went Private dropping all their NHS patients. Until the world wide economic crash the U.K. quite prosperous so little excuse. I am getting sick of this notion that breakfast clubs the answer to child poverty. The obvious answer is pay the parents a truly living wage. Allow people self respect don’t force them economically to have universal credit to top up low wages. Our system all messed up. How can a local government employee get paid such low wages working fulltime that they entitled to UC. so cut out the middle man and simply pay them a real wage…. It is insane how much money was GIVEN to these people. Government is broke, 80% of the public is either broke or struggling. They need money so common sense and MATH (Something Sunak was moaning about the importance of) dictates we take it from those that ACTUALLY HAVE IT.

    • @aehii2305
      @aehii2305 19 днів тому +11

      Weird and maddening isn't it, it's basically a refusal to acknowledge that the aim of these parties and the economy itself is to make the rich richer, and so there's this forever gaslighting that money is some finite resource rather than something that simply needs to be claimed back through tax. If anyone ever suggested that, these people would shift uncomfortably in their seat. It's the biggest elephant in the room pretty much every time any politician discusses anything. Because of that, it's all basically pointless and redundant and it makes sense that all the discussions are so petty and futile and repetitive, the exact same things are said year after year, this exact exchange could happen the same 50 years from now.

    Whenever I see Labour politicians these days, they could just double, rhetorically, as Tories. Ineffably dislikable, as you say. It may just be my impression (which is not a good thing in itself) but I thought Labour had been refusing to commit to anything at all. This and a couple of other things suddenly appear when they realise not committing to Gaza support has hurt them and, just maybe, this will hurt them. It's just duplicitous and indefensible by people like Landy. She's made her bed and will now have to lie in it. Someone should tell her it's too little, too late.
