Sir how is it that all the people selected as RBI Gr B have an engineering background at least all your interviewing seem to prove that. Are there no persons with Arts or Commerce background who have cleared Gr B

It totally depend on the clarity of the concept, and the understanding of what all needs to be covered while writing the answers, and the ability to structure your answer in such a way that you are able to explain everything and also managing the time is also crucial part of descriptive answer.
