Are you shure it works. I choped many trees today and none drop resin even the autumn ones did not drop a single resin. Did they maibe patch change it or bug? Does it mater what lvl axe you use? Only resin i get is from loot in some areas.
I was getting Resin with all axes, but make sure you're using an ACTUAL axe, not a 'melee weapon' that looks like an axe. That might be the issue. It'll tell you when you click on it, whether it's an axe or a melee weapon.
If the problem persists, I would recommend restarting your server (You shouldn't need to delete it) but Trees are the only object that drops Resin. (Obviously you can find it throughout the world laying around in tiny quantities, as you've noticed) but trees are the only way. If you're chopping 10+ trees and getting 0 resin, that sounds like a bug or incredibly poor RNG.
@@TheQuickGameGuide I play single player and tried multyple times after exiting and joining the game. For now i have only the basic axe as it slow down progress and played 4 times about 2 hour each time. Started researching how to get some materials to progress, every other material i found and resin was suggested be others the same way chop a tree, the orange tree gives most resin, but when i cut it with stone axe i get just wood. So i tried aproach as conan exiles chop it with pickaxe that took long time and nothing. Also look around if i didnt miss it on ground but no nothing.
That's really weird. It honestly could be an issue with the world you created. Don't delete your current world, but maybe try making a 2nd world and seeing if you can get an axe and chop some trees to get Resin in a 2nd world. Just to see if that's the problem. If it is, it might be something they fix.
