Freddy,
Once you marked the N magnet with the red marker, you could also turn over the stack and mark the S side of the second magnet with the red marker. Now epoxy the two magnets with the red side up and your guaranteed to get one N up and the other S up.

Hi Freddy..
I glued my magnets in the wrong polarity ( I put the north pole facing up for both of them)when I was building my T-Rex 700 and I tried to remove them ,but I couldn't ,then search through the internet for how to do it ,then I found the heat solution ,(magnet lose their magnetic feature when you apply direct heat or flame to them, did this to one of them and it worked I got one north pole magnet and no polarity for the other one.

sorry to hear about ur problem lol but its safe to say i have been there many times ha ha those damm magnets can mess up your day lol. but honestly if u have removed one i would remove both and just but in two new one to protect your heli in gov mode. I always say if its not 100% dont even bother when it comes to your baby :)
