Practical steps to get closer to Allah and gaining his love:
1. Read the Quran with understanding 26:30
2. Do the extras (Sunnah) 30:40
3. Constant dhikr 42:10
4. You put what Allah loves ahead of what you want 42:58
5. Learn, love and live the names of Allah 43:56
6. You see his bounties on you 46:42
7. You act with Allah as a beggar, poor 48:23
8. Seclusion with him only 48:53
9. Spend time with righteous people as much as possible 50:07
10. Stay away from anything that will put a barrier between you and Allah (sins) 51:09
