I played the demo yesterday, and it was amazing! Each time I replayed it to make different choices and get different outcomes, there was always a small clue that I realised I missed and didn't investigate before. The flow chart idea is really clever too, I like how it covers all the alternatives on how you can possibly approach the crime scene. And there's so many alternatives when there's small choices involved i.e choosing to take the officer's gun, or leaving it. It's brillant how detailed this demo is, can't wait for the full release.

However on the other end, we see that his owners (The Phillips) are really disregarding something that is practically a person and then continue to be racist after the father's death. And of course Connor isn't exactly good depending on his actions. (However that is up to us)

I think Kara was essentially a good, purposeful character who was supposed to prove the existence of humane emotions and connection between humans and androids. However the story went... somewhere else, thus Kara kind of lost her purpose and lingers there as the third wheel.
EverHeardOfSlade Kara is somewhat a passive protagonist. She has nothing to do with Conner and Markus with their story, maybe a little bit, but her story is mostly affected by both of the characters. But she shows a lot of human emotion in herm which makes her relevant.
