Whiff is honestly a good model, It's has accurate details and stuff like that, It has dirt on it which is accurate to Whiff's render in the show, aswell with the right wheel config, and having printed wheels. I think this model stands out good to me.
Although one minor nitpick, the whistles on the top of his roof isn't painted, and they're so little its that you cant notice them at first. Overall I think this model is great. EDIT: The green things on Whiff's sides are like meant to be garbage stains. I also have an idea for your Toby review, when you take Toby apart, put another engine's metal body on the sideplates because it could work as the gauge converter.
