I like the idea, not sure clients or Subs would go for it. Sub’s bid price includes completion to specified standard. No bonus, their profit is baked in. Penalty comes from withholding final payment due to non-performance or back-charging for repairs… Super’s job is to check for quality and completion prior to final payment. Project Slack Time placed between tasks should accommodate for last minute fixes or repairs. Construction industry isn’t broken. It’s lack of trade talent and ground level incentive. Rewards should be issued for performance at the ground level to the actual guys doing the work by their employers. Many of the laborers are underpaid and thus stop caring (at best).
