I want to know how they have "ag zoned" land near orlando when its only 3 acres, lucky. maybe grandfathered in perhaps? but at only 3 years old...i'd love to hear how that all worked out. Or if it's not zoned "ag", how they're able to be in compliance with all the nonsense laws/codes/licensing etc. Im planning to do something similar and it seems AG land in places where the counnties will let you do what you want is extremely hard to come by.
