yes, wish the mlb highlights would all be like this ... seems simple enough ... just show everything that matters ... but no ... they prefer to butcher their own games instead ... can't even watch those official highlights at all ... too frustrating to miss out on so much important stuff. :-(

This season has been so rough for the Astros. Like I know Dusty has made some decisions that were questionable, but I felt like his problem was believing too much in guys who were having off days or seasons. Espada’s problem is he doesn’t believe in people and would rather see struggling players go out there than give a player having a solid outing or that has proven to be doing well a chance

This on is on Espada, idk wtf he was thinking giving Martinez 1 out and then going to Montero. Piss poor management on this one.
AS much as I hate to say it . They need to move the best defensive third basemen in the game at the deadline to start a fast rebuild maybe 2 other big names they will not resign.

And, and Espada pinch hits Singleton instead of Loperfido. What the hell? And Montero has been fine because he hasn't really been put in many, if any, high leverage situations. FFS!
And they hired that physicist to explain how to bunt the runner over in xtras......all for naught.....

Montero is horrible. all of last year and many games this year. why take hader out after only 10 pitches in a tie game? I have a feeling Espada looked at the 2 run lead going into the bottom of 10 and said we can rest hader we got this one in the bag. And then brings in the guy that has blown the most leads in last 2 years besides pressley. Espada needs to go. I don't understand his lineup order either. its always changing. if you start getting hot u move up inthe batting order. Jake myers was up to 5 or maybe even 4th for a game or 2. Just leave the lineup the same they get hot for a reason cause they are comfortable betting behind someone cause they get similar pitches. Once u start moving them around in changes the pitches they see especially with guys used to being at the bottom of the order. Its not like Jake Myers has been an elite pro hitter. he got hot for a month so leave him in the same spot. What team doesnt want a guy at the bottom of the order with a hott bat? Every team prays for an 8 or 9 hole guy to be consistently hitting. that doesn't mean now he needs to be the 6 hole. Just like moving Yordan to 2nd in the lineup. :Best hitters hit 2nd in modern baseball" so thats what we're gonna do.... and then ur best hitting goes on a career worst slump. He wasn't ready to be the head guy by at stretch of the imagination.
Agreed same I said in my comment why take ur closer out especially when u have 2 run lead going into bottom of 10th why put montero in when he has been dog crud pitching lately Pressly no different they need make a trade get 2nd closer just for these situations but poor coaching decisions have killed astros in situations like this

I think Abreu is getting 18mil a year and isn't going anywhere. Yall really need to get it out of your heads that somehow the Astros don't know he sucks. They do. They're also not going to cut him because Crane isn't gonna eat 36mil for nothing, and no one will trade for him.
Just get used to it. He's going to play, he's not going anywhere til MAYBE this off-season, and stop saying they can't see he sucks....they can. It's just reality that they're not cutting him

Complete trash why pull ur closer out not let him pitch the 10th as well u did night before let him pitch 2 innings this is why they will be changing coaches again after season his decision making is poor and montero has been very little good lately Pressly needs be traded he is no longer a good closer . Astros get lead blow it due to poor coaching decisions always for pitching choices or way they use them.
Astros are a mediocre baseball team at best.
