Easy and delicious Mango Ice Cream Cake！Without Egg & Ice cream maker

- I made an ice cream cake made without using an ice cream maker.
Using store-bought mango puree, you can have a cold treat in no time.
▷Ingredients（φ15cm):
200g mango puree
40g sugar
8g corn starch
1 tbsp lemon juice
100g frozen mango
200ml heavy cream
50g sweetened condensed milk
40g white chocolate
10g milk
▷How to make:
1. Add sugar, cornstarch and lemon juice to mango purée and mix well.
2. Heat over medium to low heat until thickened.
3. Add frozen mango and allow to cool.
4. Add the sugar to the cream and whip to stiff peaks while chilling in an ice water bath.
5. Add the cooled mango purée and mix.
6. Pour into molds and refrigerate overnight in the freezer.
7. Add milk to the white chocolate and melt.
8. Pour the white chocolate over the mango ice cream and decorate with mango. - Навчання та стиль

Some items we do not have in the United States. Mango puree in a pouch I have never seen - so we use pureed baby food - pure fruits pureed - or buy the fruit itself.

Hmm, they look kinda hard instead of classic creamy ice-cream but I would definitely try them. Especially because where I live those darn heat waves happen pretty often in summer. Btw, what are those balls? Some kind of weird Japanese ice-cream in shape of ball I never heard about? Meh I kinda envy asians, europeans and most other people from outside of Asia aren't as creative with their food. I mean ready to eat food or desserts, when it comes to cooking it's just matter of willingness (currently anyone who isn't too lazy to cook can make something because you can find any recipe in the internet) and money.
