Maybe go try Laksa Siglap as well. This other Singaporean laksa is becoming so rare to find now in Singapore. Somehow all the variants of laksa you featured miss that out.

Sarawak Laksa will be my first choice..the bee hoon, the shredder chicken, the prawn, and the broth with spicy belacan.
I enjoy the northern laksa best. (kedah/perlis).
Sarawak Laksa for me is THE BEST
Will def try Katong Laksa next time I am in Singapore !
