Sir I was not expecting that less explanation from u.
U told about what is relation b/w frequency and angular Frequency but dint tell about why it is so and I think that was the key thing regarding this particular question , as
Angular frequency = 2 pie Freq.
    = 2 pie/Time period
    = Angular velocity
So technically they r same but can be named differently according to the context .
Note- Hc Verma sir is one of the brilliant mind in the globe, I have been sir’s student & I will always be ,I m writing just because the sake of discussion as sir always want this from his students. ❤🙏

You will see it when you put it between the typed portions.
Maybe its because of a lot of impurities in paper. S chand have a low quality paper.

*simple harmonic motion can be described as the projection along a diameter of uniform circular motion(U.C.M)*.As the reference point in U.C.M completes one revolution the S.H.M complete one cycle as well,so time period and frequency of both U.C.M and S.H.M points are same.Angular frequency is simply the speed of reference point in U.C.M (that is angular speed). Now this is called *angular* frequency of S.H.M to signify it's connection with the U.C.M.

While deriving drift velocity we use formula v=u+at for the velocity of electrons but at the same time we know that the formulas of Newtonian mechanics are not applicable on Quantum mechanics and while talking about electrons we deals with Quantum mechanics then how could one use eqn. of motion for motion of electrons???? 🤔🤔🤔

As drift velocity of electrons has very very small magnitude 10^-6 m/s. And effect of quantum mechanics are taken in consideration only at very higher speeds when speed is around speed of light. So we can apply classical physics while calculating drift velocity. I hope it will help.

    • @paritoshkumar5271
      @paritoshkumar5271 5 років тому +1

***Negative work done by conservative forces get stored as potential energy of system***
For explanation you can see the example of gravational force .
Let you raise a body of mass m upto height h without acceleration...then you do work = F.h ...n gravity does = - mg.h ... Now as acceleration is 0 thorough out mg = F .... So work done by you is =+mg. h
      ...
Now see in this the configuration of body earth system changed... N also you do the + ve work to raise the body at that height h ... .but what about that negative work by gravity ....where it had gone .. neither you had experience any sound or felt heat ...so is that energy lost .... No..its not ..it got stored as the potential energy of system...... .
Also , beaware always.its the negative work by conservation force which get stored as potential energy.. not any work
Like at height h ..you drop this mass m ..then you observe that body comes back to ground..but see you hadn't provided any kinetic energy or something..from where the body got energy to spent...its actually from that stored potential energy at that configuration..... Also note here gravity does +ve work .. so now "mg.h" energy is not stored as p.e .
Hope it helps you a little bit to clear your doubt!
      Thanks 😊

@@THEPRIDEPHYSICSACADEMY you are mingling electric Potential and potential energy . these two are different physical quantities!
1- what you stated that to find electrical energy store we write w=vit & u=vit .... .
1st of all see i think this topic is from heating effects of current.plz go through it again.
There we study of conductor ..that whenever electric current is passed through it , conductor becomes hot... I e simply that electrical energy supplied by the source of emf is converted into heat energy! .see when potential diff is generated across end of conductor ,the elecrons start drifting towards +ve end and in this process they suffer collision with other neighbouring entities and also Transfer their part of K.E. to other atom. Thus increasing amplitude of vibration of atoms in so the average K.e. of vibration of atoms ,which shows up in form of increased temperature ....
So from this your doubts should be cleared that here in electricity, 1-no electrical energy is stored !
2- electrical energy supplied by battery is dissipated in form of heat .as there is no accumulation of energy in circuit!
3- derivation of heat dissipated = electrical energy converted to heat energy = work done by source =
= Electric potential diff across the ends × electric charge
      = electric Potential diff across the ends(V) × current (I)× time (T)
(Please note: i have not mentioned integration as i assume you can understand ,we took elemental work done dW and integrate that)
Do let me know if i had done mistakes in above.

suppose acc is k (m/s)/s where k>0 and vel of obj at t=0 is v m/s then it means in the 1 sec(per sec) the vel of obj increases by k i.e.
      at t=1: it'll become v+k m/s
      at t=2: (v+k)+k m/s.

      Acceleration (a) = dv/dt
      (a) = d²s/dt²
As you can see , while deriving the formula of acceleration by calculus ( differential to be specific ) the length is differentiated w.r.t. time twice hence the degree of time in the unit of acceleration is equal to t² . t² doesn't really have a physical significance rather it's just a part of the mathematical representation of the formula of acceleration .
This is all I know .

    Hello sir!
Actually I've a very basic doubt.. Does force depends upon the frame of reference??
My teacher told me that it's independent of the frame of reference, but what about pseudo force??

Professor..what you have given ,is mathematical relation between frequency and angular frequency..but since ,you said it is not necessary that object is rotating if it has angular frequency...then how to explain theoretically , the difference between frequency and angular frequency...what changes physically when we multiply frequency by 2π ..

Sir please clear my doubt Does angular acceleration depends on axis of rotation if yes then why in question angular acceleration is asked without telling any axis..?? And if no then if torque depends on axis of rotation then how angular acceleration independent of axis of rotation

Sir in case of a pendulum, angular frequency clearly is the max. Angle completed in one oscillation multiplied by frequency. So we cannot apply angle 2 pie everywhere .is it so? Please solve my doubt.

I don't think that a particle should describe curved path to have angular velocity, because particle moving along a straight line also posses angular velocity
