- Hi friends today I am going to show how to make electric bike Battery pack at home.
Here I used
1. 96 Lifepo4 cell (3.2v ,6000mAh ,2000 life cycle)
2 . 16s , 40A lifepo4 battery BMS two port
3. Battery holder
4. Epoxy Resin board (yellow one)
5. kapton tape
6. H shape Nickel Strip
7 . PVC heat shrinkable tube battery cover ,etc

Hello everyone.i found that if you don't sort the cells before connecting them the pack might face problems like charging issues so please sort them according to their capacity as well as internal resistance

8s6p on a 32700 cell/6a/19.2wh - that should be beyond everything you need - if you cant figure this out, then you need to stop what your doing and read
