Another benefit to having multiple houses is that after taking the tools from the non-player, you can put a different set of enchantments on the second set of tools. Having a spare axe of shaving would be useful for when you need to harvest wood or an archaeologist hoe to find the last few artifacts in addition to having a set of tools with the swift enchant on them.

@@Mint_River11 Well I'm at the mid-game and already have an average of 50,000g In my pocket all times, So it's more convenient for me to know my animals are fed while I play on ginger island.
I have started doing this near the end of summer when my melons are done. It preserves the tilled soil and fertilizer, gives me hay, and I can use the wheat to brew a ton of beer in those weird windows where I might not have a new crop of more valuable produce ready to go in the kegs. It's really allowed me to maximize my time and profits!
Hey there! After some research on the wiki, I have found that the most profitable fish to keep in a pond is the lava eel, you can catch it on floor 100 in the mines. It's rare and difficult to catch, however, they have the most valuable roe in the game, selling for 1094 gold with the artisan profession, also, they sometimes give you 5 spicy eels or 10 magma geodes. Definitely worth the pain fishing for them.
And if you have Ginger Island unlocked, you can fish them in the volcano by the forge! If Lava Eel is too tricky but you still want an alternative, Blob Fish roe are also valuable and there's a chance for them to produce a pearl
I was literally about to put that, just that I found out in game, where I put s turgeon thinking it's most profitable but having lava eels took for spicy eel. I soon realised their roe was a lot more valuable, blob fish roe is also more valuable than caviar. 😂
Slime hutch can actually be pretty profitable given that you place a sprinkler inside and have a few slime egg presses. Then you can just occasionally visit the hutch, collect slime and press it into eggs, and their cost starts from 1000g for green slime eggs and goes up to 8000 for tiger eggs. And the only other way to get slime is to go mining or buy it.
I just use the slime hutch as a fancy storage room to put my chests in. The slimes I raised killed me once on my first playthrough so I was like "never again"
You can't get a tiger slime egg from a slime press, the average value of a slime egg produced from a slime press is 1500g You can get 4 slime balls per day per hutch and I've heard they yield 20 slime so you get 80 slime per day so that's 1200g per day from 1 slime hutch which is about as much as you'd make with 8 kegs and 4 hop plants but takes up way more space and requires iridium where as you can get hops going from day 1 of the first summer if you really like.
I used the old basic sprinklers I never use anymore. I like the passive income of harvest slimeballs and petrified slimes, place slimes into press and sell eggs at the end of the month.
I don’t know how many people know this but I’m gonna say it anyways I think that on every single farm you spawn with a chair in your home. What you do is you get that chair and go to the log that blocks the secret woods and you can put the chair kn the other side of the log, sit in it, then get out and you can get into the secret woods without the axe. It also works to get out of the secret woods.
Adding on to say that if you play on mobile, do not try this tip. As some newer players may not have noticed yet, you cannot place furniture, or even some plants or statues anywhere outside in the 1.4 version of the game
what exactly is the point of getting to the secretforest without clearing the entranceBlockingLog? You dont have a strongenough-axe to harvest the trunks.
I recently came back to playing Stardew, and I'm so happy I found your channel. You made this game look easy and I'm finally not dying every few seconds in Skull Cavern. Also I really really love your accent and voice, it's so cheerful and sweet
TOP Tip: don't min/max for once. You're missing the entire underlying theme of the whole game: *RELAX* 💖 __________ Reality: it's 1:40am in-game and IRL but if I'm quick then maybe I can pick up just one more leek on the way and still manage to find a bed before I pass out from over-exhaustion 😵
I've finally got perfection on my first farm ever. And I have to say it is so nice as relaxing after grinding so hard to achieve everything to just relax and decorate and play around. It makes it so worth it
I love the slime hutch because with sprinklers it's passive income. I just let it go for several days and then press it all into eggs. Also I love that the villagers talk to the slimes. "hey Pam!" "Hey Green Slime!" And the slimes can catch you digging in the trash 😂😂😂
Yeah The redeeming quality for the slime hutch is just how truly passive the income is. You don’t even have to check or handle it daily, you just check maybe once a week or less, and use the space efficiently, and you have a source of reasonable passive income, and it’s the best thing to place at the most inconvenient to reach location on your farm, so nothing else has to take that spot. I just wish there wasn’t a 20 slime cap. Considering finding a mod to remove that cap, just worried about lag.
I just put ancient fruit into kegs I have to do that once per week. Technically you can get an ancient fruit in the first week of playing if you just fish constantly as fishing treasure chests have a 0.8% chance to drop 1 although a keg and a seed maker are going to be a bit more work to get. I am currently working my way to having a property full of sheds with crystalariums in them processing diamonds for 133k per 5 days and less space than the slime hutch you don't get much more passive than that.
Thanks for the console tip about the hammer! I'd die for a console tips video, no one has done that! For example, can we upgrade a cabin without the help of another player? I see vids like this and from other people and think, well, that wouldn't work for us on about 25% of the suggestions on average, I'd love to know if there are wok arounds, I could come up with a good list if I had a week to put one together.
If you have multiple controllers you should still be able to upgrade cabins, just need a controller to sign in and make a farmer. I've seen a glitch playing co-op splitscreen before that allowed one controller to use two players and then the second controller would activate a third player but I haven't been able to replicate it, nor have I bothered tor research it more.
@@LaBlueStateGirl no problem. I've never actually tried upgrading additional cabins in singleplayer but I've played enough split screen to know it's doable lol
I am thankful for your tips videos. Personally I try to build the slime hutch as fast as possible, even sacrificing my first iridium bars just to demolish it, getting slime eggs as drops in year 1 while you still going to grind skull cavern is a huge game changer. On one of my farms I grind the volcano for one in game year or more and got 50+ tiger slime eggs, burgler ring and early slime hutch make it possible
Hi! Great tipps, thank you 😊 i just have an addition about the sturgeons: if you're patient you could fill more than 2 ponds with them, as they produce offspring and the pond fills itself :D so 5 surgeons = 5 full ponds after a while
I find the ponds are excellent for generating things I can't be bothered to get like dragon teeth but the roe is just a biproduct I am selling. Once I have enough of the resource the pond was made for I change it to a different fish.
I got the upgrade empty cabins mod to copy your cabin sheds when i saw you use them on some other video. It works wonders with the automate mod and some junimo chests + the deluxe grabber redux mod. I can now keep growing ancient fruit in my greenhouse and it automatically gets turned into wine using those cabin sheds haha.
I usually activated Qi's Skull Cavern Invasion quest for Omni Geode. Bring many bombs and skipped non-mummy areas with staircases. When you inside pyramid themes cave (mummy area), there are so many ghosts so smack them up with your hammer for ton of Omni Geodes.
I spent weeks in real time breeding white slimes and tiger slimes. Forgot to put in a wicked statue and the witch turned them all into black slimes. I rage destroyed the slime hutch and am now raising ostriches. Best decision ever.
About Omnigeodes; go buy desert totems with them instead of buying and crafting the recipe because the omnigeodes are much cheaper especially on skull cavern runs when you will get them easily
I think that depends how you play. I got my wine op up and running in year 2 and got all the obelisks as soon as possible. I’m in the summer of year 3 expanded my wine and just got the return scepter and I only ever used the totem that I found. Again, I think that depends on how you play. I think it’s good thinking and whatever makes it quicker. I just feel like getting the resources to get it from the wizard (after the witch quest to retrieve the magic ink) is better for resource management overall. It’s my first play though and I’m learning a lot about how the resources work and how far they go. Good tip though! May use on my next play through.
I have rather a lot of omni geodes and I'm glad you reminded me the desert trade takes them as I have like 3 artifacts left to find and the artifact troves she sells will come in handy. I get all my geodes from 9 statues of endless fortune.
I love your videos so much. I just recently found you and you have helped me learn a lot about stardew with the little tips and the helpful things. Thank you tons for all of the help, I really appreciate it❤❤❤
I stopped concentrating on wine making so hard, because the turnaround time is a few in-game months. I began using the greenhouse to farm rare fruits and star fruit (and at first, watermelons because I needed a lot of melons for cake but didn't always have all the money I needed by summertime). So now, between farming specifically rare fruits/star fruits and four or five ancient seeds in the greenhouse, and then using Ginger Island for Rare Fruits/Star Fruit with about 30 ancient seeds, I have enough of these to offset the time waiting for iridium quality starfruit wine. So I figured the prices and found that the gold-quality rare fruit goes for $4500.00 gold, and it takes about 30 i- game days to make without special fertilizer (which is why it's perfect to grow at Ginger Island or in the greenhouse, that way you can use the Junimos to help with the regular crops). With the new Radioactive fertilizer, you can speed up growing Rare Fruits to ... I haven't figured out how many days yet, but I think it's less than a week. Compare getting a random gold-quality Rare fruit to sell for $4500.00 in just a few days versus waiting MONTHS for a wine cask to come to fruition, well, it's a no-brainer. So my new tactic is this - I've just started tapping into the radioactive ores with the Walnut room tasks. I am planting my greenhouse and Ginger Island with the radioactive fertilizers. I am planting each field in half radioactive speed-grow plots and half radioactive quality-fertilizer plots. That way I will get more gold-quality Rare Fruits to sell, and then I can generate star fruits much faster. A regular star fruit wine bottle goes for $2200.00. Ancient Fruit wine goes for $1200.00 per bottle. Ancient fruit generates faster, so I still make sure I have plenty of those, but now, with the fast fertilizers, I can definitely sell more Star Fruit wine (without waiting for the wine cellar) to make a tidy profit. I stopped using pineapples as a wine product because they only go for $900.00 per bottle. They are great for a fall-back plan if that's all I have, and I use them to make jam sometimes. I have compared sturgeon caviar with Lava eel aged roe, and lava eel aged roe comes in at a neat $750.00 per bottle, whereas sturgeon comes in at $500.00. Sturgeon makes a nice Loved gift to willy, and it's maybe a nice fallback item if you run out of lava roe to bottle up, but that's about it. I have two lava eel ponds which I collect every day even if I don't collect all the other roe. I used to think I would use up all my roe in the preserves jar, because, for example, I grow different fish to get the totems or special items, so I have a LOT of roe. But, some roe is not worth the trouble or time because the bottle price will be around $100.00-$350.00 per bottle, and time is valuable in this game. Instead, I save a few of the colorful roe to dye clothes. It's helpful to have fish ponds that specifically give you items like totems: those fish are a) crayfish for mountain totems b) rainbow trout for prismatic shards c) lobster for beach totem d) blob fish for farm totem e) stingray for dragon teeth, which I think are pretty difficult to get. I change what other fish are in my ponds due to what I might need (like iridium, gold, or iron, or even slimes), but I maintain the totem fish because that way I don't have to waste time making the warp totems early to mid-game. Good video, by the way. I didn't know that about planting the wild seeds at Ginger Island. If I ever start a new game, I might try that. As it is, I'm aiming to get a perfect in this current game. I'm getting pretty close! New goal is to have a million dollar day - I had a $533,000 day where I sold a bunch of iridium quality wine, gold-quality Rare Fruits, Lava Eel aged roe, truffle oil, and I forget what else. I have a lot of fermentation barrels now, I found out you can place them on the road in front of the bus, alongside/ on the road leading up to the tunnel, and on the road IN the tunnel. I also found out you can place them on the road in front of the bus at the desert. I am pretty picky though - when you are running in the frame, you want to be able to place the wine casks so that you can pick up the wine and refill the wine while running by. So you have to determine by running around on the screen just when you get to the place where when you move, your cursor moves with you. That's where you place your fermentation barrels (so you aren't having to manually move one by one and pick up the bottles or put the fruit in).
"the turnaround time is a few in-game months" yeah that's casks don't do casks they add like 50g per day make the wine at the base quality and then sell it. Sweet gem berries are probably the most profitable thing you can make as long as the quality is not basic but of course the issue with that is the constant replanting of them and fertilise them. I have my green house and ginger island mostly full of ancient fruit (I am trying to get the polyculture achievement so I have a space on ginger island for trying to grow things I am missing) which I pick on Wednesdays and chuck them into 2 sheds of kegs and then the great thing is the keg processing time is the same as the ancient fruit grow time. The other side project I've got going is crystalariums in sheds I have 1 and a bit sheds full and 1 shed makes 133k in 5 days although that doesn't line up nicely with a day of the week or with my wine making but you can fill your farm with sheds and then fill them with crystalariums and then fill the rest of the map with crystalariums. Rainbow trout giving you prismatic shards sounds amazing but remember that's 0.1% so that's 1000 days you'd be waiting to get one on average that's 9 years. But after watching this video I might have to change my tactic as cabins provide 351 space where as a shed only provides 204 and the foot print of the cabin is smaller... anyway have a nice day.
I have the bug killer enchant on my hammer so it’s become the big squisher. Also for fishing you may want to get two iridium rods, one enchanted with preserving for general use (so you can get more out of you bait and tackles) and one with master for legendary fish, using the quality bobber can also help cause then basically everything is iridium quality.
I've been having hay management issues for a while and I've started to not want to crack open my stacks of omni geodes (cause I just prefer doing other things at this point) so I might trade mine on the Desert for some hay, thanks :3
get enough sturgeons to fill the fish pond to the first demand thingy and put them in a fish pond then do the quest but dont add more, itll take time but theyll breed and u dont have to catch more or buy them
The galaxy slingshot is available in the Stardew valley expanded, it's powerful but the other weapon is more powerful, but of course the price is more expensive
If you need hay, it’d probably be better to grow wheat in the greenhouse early game, and ginger island later on. ALWAYS keep a few seeds of each and every single crop so you’re not struggling in the off season for that crop, and crops that continues to produce only need a spot or two in the greenhouse/island.
Slingshot is a life changer if you know how to use it properly. Very good to run through skull cavern. and some people dont realize that you can kill mummies faster with slingshot using explosive ammos than bombs
The slime hutch is actually extremely useful when trying to create lots of truffle oil makers. I have a big shed full of truffle oil makers for my 12 barns full of pigs, it would have taken me ages to get all the slime necessary. However beyond that its pretty useless.
For me it's much easier just sell iridium truffles with botanist perk. ~250g difference on each it's nothing (1250 from iridium truffle vs 1491g from oil) and seriously who cares when you have so many gold from them anyway? Time is the most precious think in this game and on console clicking all these oil makers it's not fun, on pc of course easier. I'm lazy one and it's enough for me that i must click kegs/preserves jars from time to time XD I want my truffles just grab and sell ^^^ Fast math - from 12 full barns you will get minimum 144 truffles (believing viki in 99,9% for first truffle from each pig with 0 friendhip, only feed needed) - this means 180k gold from iridium quality truffles or 214k gold from oils - 34k difference and of course with 5 star friendship it will be little bigger but for me still not worth effort to make so many oil makers with these numbers of gold on each not raining day. And of course you will save a lot of materials from not doing them - only few for personal use ;) I'm so lazy that i dont even care about grass on my farm - i have 6 silos for my 48 animals (i don't need more animals with all these other incomes from crops/wines/crystalarium etc.) and i just go and buy hay from Marnie in the end of each season (48 animals x 28 days = 1344 hay/1344 x 50g = 67,2k on season, that's nothing) and on top i save some place on farm - 6 silos takes less than so many bunch of grass everywhere 🤣😂 But of course it's me - lazy as fu.k, if you like your way then just play as you like 😄
@@jackdarkside6127 Depends on what your goals are. Obviously you will still make plenty of money selling straight truffles but lets say you’re trying to speed run the game. You’re leaving almost 20 percent profit off the table. If you’re just chilling doing a relaxed play-through, then sure the time it takes may not be worth it.
@@jarl_jake2329 Yes i mean normal playthrough which most players prefer and as i wrote above i'm lazy one and this difference in money it's not worth any effort for me to building so many these oil makers when we still have so much money just from iridium truffles . But ok, for some speed runs when your goals are achieve 100% as fast as possible even this amount of money can be important - i agree with this 👍
O.o I end up with two stacks of 999 hay in my first year on average just pulling it out of the barn or coop and triming the grass. By the beginning of winter on my latest playthrough I have two and a half stacks. I'm never buying hay from Marnie. XD.
You can buy the 10 sturgeons in one go, and not wait til the next week to get the other 5 available. Just stop talking to him and then go back. This always works for me with things that have a limited number to be sold. I've bought hundreds of Omni geodes from Sandy at once with the "only 5" limit on it just by clicking off of her after every 5
Um I'm going to try that tonight as that basically sounds like an infinite money system as you can turn slime into slime eggs as she said and if I can buy 100 for 1000g and that will sell for an average of 1500g I can make 500g per day per slot from slime egg pressed (they take about a day to complete)
@@matthewtalbot-paine7977 I'm sorry, I've recently learned that only works on mobile! Which soon will have the 1.5 update too so it probably won't work on mobile anymore either
Great tips, especially about the galaxy hammer! I’m on year 13 a have 4 slime hutches and eventually I will want to free up space on my farm but I just can’t bring myself to downsize…. Yet
Hi E! Doubt you'll see this but I'd like to see if there's a guide for what to do after: 1) completing the mines; 2) already went to the desert; 3) completed the community center and 4) pretty much set with the farm and upgrades. What should I do? Don't know about the cinema or other dungeons.
There is nothing that would make me delete my slime hutch because I like mixing and matching shades of slimes and collecting my favorites. They are there solely to fill in that random color generator vibe for me. Then again, once I had the perfect slime colors and the witch came and wrecked it.
Slime Hutch is extra machine space, and looks nice (or different at least). Please consider a small sacrifice to give our kegs - i mean slimes a proper home. :(
With as many pigs I have on my farm, I like having the slime hutch so I always have enough slimes for oil presses. Also, isn't slime used in monster musk? I make a lot of that, too
As much as the fruit trees are good they take along time to produce fruit if they are planted outside but if planted in the greenhouse and once matured to produce fruit they give you 1 fruit everyday
Hmmm I came here to see if anyone had any good points about the slime hutch and I think the idea of getting the slime from krobus and converting it into a slime egg is pretty good. I mean he's selling them at 10g each so 100 is 1000g and slime eggs average 1200g so that's 200g for visiting krobus although getting to krobus is the problem I suppose as he wil only be accessible once you've donated 60 items to the museum at which point you are probably at mid game and have access to better things but I suppose if you happen to be there on a Monday you might as well buy it.
I enchanted a dwarf hammer and got haymaker before getting infinity weapons but dam it's perfect cause it adds hay Via fiber shrubs but dosnt cut grass so win/win on high luck days
What I do with the slimes, is that I just let them breed outside, and when it gets laggy I'll kill some of them.(Also I just want colors, I've got brown and gray colored slimes and a hot pink slime!A light blue slime and purple slimes!Love them colors! So when I kill some I get stuff from them!(Tho it's a little annoying when they get in my way....)
Me, first time player, watching stardew tip vids. Them: wanna get iridium? me: yea!? them: build this machine to make gems... Me: great! how do i make it!? Them: you just need 2 iridium ores per.... Me: 0_0
Did you know that you can get your fruit trees to iridium quality if you just keep picking then and let them do the same thing that make it to gold quality.
Why am i seeing alot of zones i have never seen? And even mines with better enemies and stuff? I’m new to the game but never seen any other town than the standard one? And only 1 mine up to 120 floors..?
I'm just curious what happened to the expanded Stardew stuff. There are 5 episodes. I know it was lagging, so did it crash when you tried another session?
Casks are a bit of a waste of time imo. It seems like you are getting a good deal but when you look at the gold generated per day a keg adds 244g per day to your ancient fruit and a cask adds 56.3g per day at best. So if you are short on space then they are not good. That said if you are not using most of your space they do add value even if slowly and they are cheap so I guess as long as you haven't filled your property with crops and kegs that are making more than 56g per day then I suppose you can have them AND something else. I always forget about them when I put wine in them until my farm computer is saying that a bunch of machines are ready and I can't find them.
Still upset over how I accidentally planted my peach tree in a spot I didn't want it on 💔 going on tear one winter and when ai get more trees I will chop that one missclick of a tree down 🤭
You have to complete a community centre/joja bundle to unlock the bus, both only require money unless you selected remixed bundles I think jojas costs around 40 000 and the community centres is 42 500 so its just abt 1. Completing one or two foraging bundles to unlock the bus bundle 2. Making tons of money
Mathematically, fruit trees are just trash for making money so if you want to make money dont plant them, they are good looking though so use them only for decoration and your bundles
It's seriously an end game fertilizer since on later years we can focus on grinding certain things like bones and radioactive ore. And if you play on PC don't forget to add "more hyperspeed growth mods" because it's gonna be a very long time before you can replace your deluxe speed fertilizer in all you plot. It take a year for me to replace it all (on farm and island farm)

Actually on the beach farm you don't get a chair, you get a bench. And you can't use the chair glitch with it cause I tried that and it didn't work.
what exactly is the point of getting to the secretforest without clearing the entranceBlockingLog? You dont have a strongenough-axe to harvest the trunks.
I recently came back to playing Stardew, and I'm so happy I found your channel. You made this game look easy and I'm finally not dying every few seconds in Skull Cavern. Also I really really love your accent and voice, it's so cheerful and sweet
TOP Tip: don't min/max for once. You're missing the entire underlying theme of the whole game: *RELAX* 💖
__________
Reality: it's 1:40am in-game and IRL but if I'm quick then maybe I can pick up just one more leek on the way and still manage to find a bed before I pass out from over-exhaustion 😵
I've finally got perfection on my first farm ever. And I have to say it is so nice as relaxing after grinding so hard to achieve everything to just relax and decorate and play around. It makes it so worth it
@@madeline569 Perfection or true perfection?
I had absolutely no idea that the longer fruit trees grow the better quality fruit you get. Mind = Blown
I love the slime hutch because with sprinklers it's passive income. I just let it go for several days and then press it all into eggs.
Also I love that the villagers talk to the slimes. "hey Pam!" "Hey Green Slime!"
And the slimes can catch you digging in the trash 😂😂😂
@@ohsohm02 Thank you so much! I've wanted to do second houses on my farms, but I didn't know that I could do without help from the outside world.
@@LaBlueStateGirl no problem. I've never actually tried upgrading additional cabins in singleplayer but I've played enough split screen to know it's doable lol
Ellie looking absolutely DONE in the antlers is the CUTEST THING
No, no I will not demolish my slime hutch. And you can't make me.
Carbon ghost more like 1 shot from my dark sword 😂
That extra wine aging trick is going to change my life. Going to try it on the switch haha thank you
About Omnigeodes; go buy desert totems with them instead of buying and crafting the recipe because the omnigeodes are much cheaper especially on skull cavern runs when you will get them easily
I just want to say, this video is very well made and informative, and I thank you for the effort.
Loveyou ezlily from Phillipines me and my siblings really watch all your stardew tips thanks for the help❤️❤️❤️
get enough sturgeons to fill the fish pond to the first demand thingy and put them in a fish pond then do the quest but dont add more, itll take time but theyll breed and u dont have to catch more or buy them
The galaxy slingshot is available in the Stardew valley expanded, it's powerful but the other weapon is more powerful, but of course the price is more expensive
Yeah, but it's guarded by very strong enemies
If you need hay, it’d probably be better to grow wheat in the greenhouse early game, and ginger island later on. ALWAYS keep a few seeds of each and every single crop so you’re not struggling in the off season for that crop, and crops that continues to produce only need a spot or two in the greenhouse/island.
Slingshot is a life changer if you know how to use it properly. Very good to run through skull cavern. and some people dont realize that you can kill mummies faster with slingshot using explosive ammos than bombs
what would i ever do without this channel 😭😭❤️
I love all of your tips videos can't stop watching thank you!
I throw all my mixed seeds on ginger island, didn’t know they only produced a few different drops
Great vid good tips like the slimes 😁 try extra 20% speed using rings and plus 30% from enchanting for 50% faster hammer 😅
if you dont have an extra controller, you can use the "upgrade empty cabins" mod on nexus!
I like the slime hutch because it doesn’t take a lot of attention.
I just like the slimes. They are so cute.
I'm lazy one and it's enough for me that i must click kegs/preserves jars from time to time XD I want my truffles just grab and sell ^^^
Fast math - from 12 full barns you will get minimum 144 truffles (believing viki in 99,9% for first truffle from each pig with 0 friendhip, only feed needed) - this means 180k gold from iridium quality truffles or 214k gold from oils - 34k difference and of course with 5 star friendship it will be little bigger but for me still not worth effort to make so many oil makers with these numbers of gold on each not raining day. And of course you will save a lot of materials from not doing them - only few for personal use ;)
I'm so lazy that i dont even care about grass on my farm - i have 6 silos for my 48 animals (i don't need more animals with all these other incomes from crops/wines/crystalarium etc.) and i just go and buy hay from Marnie in the end of each season (48 animals x 28 days = 1344 hay/1344 x 50g = 67,2k on season, that's nothing) and on top i save some place on farm - 6 silos takes less than so many bunch of grass everywhere 🤣😂
But of course it's me - lazy as fu.k, if you like your way then just play as you like 😄
@@jackdarkside6127 Depends on what your goals are. Obviously you will still make plenty of money selling straight truffles but lets say you’re trying to speed run the game. You’re leaving almost 20 percent profit off the table. If you’re just chilling doing a relaxed play-through, then sure the time it takes may not be worth it.
@@jarl_jake2329
Yes i mean normal playthrough which most players prefer and as i wrote above i'm lazy one and this difference in money it's not worth any effort for me to building so many these oil makers when we still have so much money just from iridium truffles . But ok, for some speed runs when your goals are achieve 100% as fast as possible even this amount of money can be important - i agree with this 👍
You can use the second controller to build 2 buildings same time, makes the first tip easier
You can pry my slime hutch out of my cold dead hands
The sturgeon was actually really easy for me to catch!
O.o I end up with two stacks of 999 hay in my first year on average just pulling it out of the barn or coop and triming the grass. By the beginning of winter on my latest playthrough I have two and a half stacks. I'm never buying hay from Marnie. XD.
The first thing I used the forge for was to grab some cinder shards and slap my galaxy hammer with 3 emeralds
Doesn't work unfortunately.
@@matthewtalbot-paine7977 I'm sorry, I've recently learned that only works on mobile! Which soon will have the 1.5 update too so it probably won't work on mobile anymore either

There is nothing that would make me delete my slime hutch because I like mixing and matching shades of slimes and collecting my favorites. They are there solely to fill in that random color generator vibe for me. Then again, once I had the perfect slime colors and the witch came and wrecked it.
How do you make your melee attacks explode like that?
Slime Hutch is extra machine space, and looks nice (or different at least). Please consider a small sacrifice to give our kegs - i mean slimes a proper home. :(
With as many pigs I have on my farm, I like having the slime hutch so I always have enough slimes for oil presses. Also, isn't slime used in monster musk? I make a lot of that, too
Thank you! I needed the slimes to create oil machines for my truffles.
I need slime for Monster Musk, I really regret doing the monster musk quest early game because having a slime hutch would really help.
Awesome information! Thank You!!!❤
when im fishing i use quality bobber instead specially for legendaries.. if im going to display it in my aquarium, i want them iridium quality
I enchanted a dwarf hammer and got haymaker before getting infinity weapons but dam it's perfect cause it adds hay Via fiber shrubs but dosnt cut grass so win/win on high luck days

you can make hyper speed gro from radioactive bar and some other ingredients.

Great tips as always

Them: wanna get iridium?
me: yea!?
them: build this machine to make gems...
Me: great! how do i make it!?
Them: you just need 2 iridium ores per....
Me: 0_0
Did you know that you can get your fruit trees to iridium quality if you just keep picking then and let them do the same thing that make it to gold quality.

I'm just curious what happened to the expanded Stardew stuff. There are 5 episodes. I know it was lagging, so did it crash when you tried another session?
Hammers can work the same way with controllers but it is harder and as such I've only done it a few times by chance but it is possible
i love your contents

I have to ask, how do you get the desert open in your first year?
You have to complete a community centre/joja bundle to unlock the bus, both only require money unless you selected remixed bundles
I think jojas costs around 40 000 and the community centres is 42 500 so its just abt
1. Completing one or two foraging bundles to unlock the bus bundle
2. Making tons of money
Mathematically, fruit trees are just trash for making money so if you want to make money dont plant them, they are good looking though so use them only for decoration and your bundles
I use smapi stardew and steam stardew to upgrade my cabins
Hyper Speed Grow is WAY better. Sure, it's essentially an end game fertilizer, but still
It's seriously an end game fertilizer since on later years we can focus on grinding certain things like bones and radioactive ore. And if you play on PC don't forget to add "more hyperspeed growth mods" because it's gonna be a very long time before you can replace your deluxe speed fertilizer in all you plot. It take a year for me to replace it all (on farm and island farm)
I hate to say it but that second controller thing doesn't work on PlayStation 4. I haven't bought a PlayStation 5 but in order to have another character on PlayStation 4 you need a whole new PlayStation account
