A message from our Founder:
As we come down to the final hours of this topsy-turvy year, I want to take a moment to say thank you.
To all of you, our pet parents, for serving your dogs and cats real food and for advancing the fresh way of feeding our four-legged family members by telling friends, family and colleagues about the positive results you see. You turned a concept into a movement, and together we are changing the way pets eat.
And to our team here at JustFoodForDogs. We were all thrown a curve ball this year, but I am deeply grateful to our amazing team, over 500 strong now, for stepping up and in many cases working through the night to cook, package, and get our food into the bowls of pets everywhere.
And finally, to these amazing pets we all love so much. In my case, Marty and Herman, and to all of yours at home. It is my sincere belief that they improve the human race and make the world a better place.

Then why is it all your employees give such bad bad reviews about working for your company. Granted not all can be true, but if even 50% is true, you have major internal problems. As a consumer that worries me. I was in a store last week where a very young associate gave a new customer some of the most dangerous advice about your food. I spoke up and said I have been rescuing for 15 years, and that was wrong advice you gave that woman

Raising prices when people are still out of work and you can’t even supply the food. Always out. “ food shortages” “ we are told to tell you that”. Hmm my husband runs a large university and has no problem getting dood. Farmers Dog, Nom Nom, no issues ordering from them. I find it absolutely disgusting that you raise prices during this time when so many of us are struggling. Then to beat all, you don’t even have the food for 4 weeks straight. Wow. What a disappointment you people are. I only switched to your company because my vet recommended it and you are in her place. I have 3 dogs and I rescue so hopefully this trips of Nom Nom will work out and I can be done with your company. Oh and guess what, they offer multi dog discounts.

It takes a pet parent like you, willing to share their experience, which then, in turn, allows us to evaluate our overall service. Our price increase relates to higher operating costs, increases in staff to serve all of our pet parents, and increases in the price of materials. JFFD is still priced lower than many other fresh food companies on the market and we hope you see the value in our offerings in your pet's health while on our diets. We are ramping up production, and allocating a large number of our resources, retail included, to make things right and improve your experience, Cheri. Thank you!
