You tell me and be honest for a four-bedroom house two levels dining room living room utility room two bathrooms does anything you have be able to total house energy without the electric company cuz I don't think so and I ain't talking for one day I'm talking let's say 7 days
gas generator or a HUGE battery bank ! i bet yea it takes VERY expensive system to handle ALL needs ! stove, washer dryer A/C , heat etc we have $30 K solar panel system and it's not enough !
@@jackdale9249 okay man I'll explain this to you one time back in the early 2000s I went all in I believe so much in solar power that I literally put them all over my rough I spent over 65,000 for battery Banks converter battery charger no matter what I did it would not keep the air conditioner or the heater running and if I was running the refrigerator and the freezer I literally 45 minutes then they told me the problem was that you're supposed to plug into your electrical grid and it cuts the cost of your electric from whatever electric company you have do I have a savings yes is it enough was it worth it no it was not worth it and it's still not worth it and until they get the technology to make it where it can actually run a house and charge an electric car at the same time it will never be worth it and that's yours down the road I took a class renewable energies at Butler county community college and the professor told me the same thing so you're wrong but it's okay because I'm glad you're listening to me we got 10 to 15 years at least to even come close see we're too busy right now with our scientists trying to develop drugs nobody's focusing on green renewable energies
@@3xp850 damn it erased it here i go again ! watch youtube videos see the DIY geothermal system cost about $1K to make ! rent a digger go 10' down lay in coils of plastic pipe , cover w/ soil fill w/ anti-freeze use a small elec pump to circulate fluid to a BIG aluminum truck radiator . w/a fan blowing thru it you will get a LOT of cold BTU's use existing HVAC fan (only ) to help circulate and may need to get/ use a separate dehumidifier as this does NOT have one . get more efficient new appliances ( they use less power ) you were just too soon new panels are better and you need some DIY wind power and some big battery bank ! i think nowadays for $65 K you could be self-sufficient w/ the DIY geothermal and make DIY solar heaters for winter ( ck mother earth news plans ) where are you ?
@@jackdale9249 geothermal is an excellent way to go cuz it does work I have a friend that use it in his house and he's got six bedrooms and a full basement and it works great
