You have to find out yourself. Just enter in your search engine: “Crew Recruitment”, “Ship crew recruitment” “Ship crew agent” or something similar and you should find enough information. A good place would also be a marine school or maritime collage somewhere near your place. Anyhow you will need some maritime education, to enter a ship, even as a helper you would need the minimum certificates as: First Aid, Fire fighting, Life saving, etc. Go ahead, nothing can stop you, only you yourself.

@@slg792 -Yes, I did a few new buildings and also major modifications of ships, I have some videos in my channel about new buildings and I still have some recordings on my hard disk but there seems to be not much interest.
