Glad we got to see the flashback of how Halibel got captured. That part wasn't in the manga. Kubo did say he was going to add details that wasn't in the manga.

And in 2 episodes he’s already added in extra little bits and pieces. Judging from the opening bits, looks like we’re gonna go fairly far into the arc, at least to when Ichigo talks to Zangetsu again.. and we still have 3 more seasons after this. Seems like we will be getting quite a lot of extended content.

After the battle with Aizen, one of Harribel’s subordinates requested Orihime to heal her. Having no reason to fight, they just went home and she apparently became queen.
Thats awesome, shame Starrk wasnt healed since he would gladly submit leadership.

I just finished bleach and I'm currently on ep 8 of bleach tybw......... BLEACH overall is goat ...... I cannot express how great it is ....... I love it from my heart
Those three didn't die. In a novel it is explained that while Ichigo was in a coma, Orihime went to Hueco Mundo to heal halibel and a bunch on arrancars.
Everything you saw until now was a blood fest in the manga. It was EXTREMELY censored in the anime. This is how bleach always was, hence the greater impact Orihime's rejection had.
As someone who has been excited for Bleach to be uncensored and has read the manga, this episode still caught me off guard with the violence. There’s just something different about watching and hearing it I suppose.
Right?! If they keep this pace and quality it’ll be anime of the year (I hope)

@@vosh8940 I'm really interested how the animation will look like Ichigo vs. Quilge because i think this should be a top notch fight and the founding stone on how other important fights shall look like. There are still more important and crazy fights but this is def a kinda challenge for Ichigo the first time since the older arcs.
But I'm more hyped about the next episode Mayuri scolding Yamaji 😂
Warms my heart to see Bleach given this level of love and quality, the opening and the Arrancars looked fantastic

@@yozodiak I doubt it’s going to be that quick. They are expanding the fights that we didn’t get a chance to see. It’s probably going to be closer to 7-8 episodes before we see Yamamoto in action

One thing about the funeral scene. The manga points out Sasakibe achieved bankai before Shunsui and Ukitake were even born. He passed up captain vacancies when they opened up because he was so loyal to the head captain. It would have been nice if they had included Byakuya telling Renji that in the anime. It lets you get a sense of who Sasakibe was.
I like the fact that nel halibel are friends its cool that she got along with some members of the Espadas unlike with nnitora

The Sternritters are absolutely broken, they put the Espadas to shame with how disgustingly overpowered some of their abilities are. Everything you've seen from Uryu with regards to Quincy technique and fighting ability has been the dollar store, bargain bin, "we've got it at home", discount version of how a quincy fights.
So insane to think that they really actually have 2 unhidden powers still that probably won’t be shown in the anime

@@vicc6790 I reminded him of a term called in Ranso Tengai since he mentioned it in post discussion. So that he can identify it in the future. Hypothetically let's say I didn't read the manga it is still possible for me to speculate Ranso Tengai being used again now that we've found out the antagonists are quincies. It's not so strange now is it? Anyways Mayuri vs Uryuu happened in season 3 in the anime which at this point is well over a decade old and also they've caught up to Bleach. No he didn't ask but he did bring it up.

I assume "torched" doesn't mean dead..if the arrancar has enough left to high speed regenerate. Btw, we previously know that a Quincy's reishi is basically the very essence of the spiritual particles that make up soul society and hueco mundo. So whatever their attacks are, they're capable of disintegrating worlds at the same time, both all of these spiritual worlds are also their endless supply of power.

Quilge is a Sternritter thats like a gotei 13 member. Quincys are like normal shinigamis and de Sternritter are like Captains.
Stern Ritter means Star Knight, so they are the captain equivalents for the Quincies, each has a Letter given to them for reasons you'll find out later
also the quincies arent operating in hueco mundo. that palace with the quincy king is in a totally different dimension than hueco mundo. easiest way to tell is that the quincy realm has a blue lighting, and hueco mundo has a greenish lighting
Stern Ritters are basically captain level Quincys, but most of them are above captain level, to be honest
Just as Japanese is used for shinigamis, Spanish for arrancars and English for Fullbringers, German is used for Quincy.

They have a base in heuco mundo but the place where the Quincy king was at was the shadow palace. He made those stairs out of reshi. Remember Quincys can control and manipulate reshi just about anywhere.
I bet this arc had an early battle starting at episode 3 until the end 😂😂

Quinces are a Clan/Race, technically Soul Reapers are a clan as well at least that was there original intention by Kubo back in the day.
the sternritters are esssentially captain-class quincy or the elite quincies in the quincy army. You'll find this out but the letter essentially correlates to a special ability they have (meaning that there are essentially 26 sternritters for 26 alphabet). So for example say im a quincy and my letter is O; it can stand for octopus meaning i have some special ability related to the word.

many scenes were cut from the manga maybe due to the time limit of the show, and many sad scenes in this arc,you will be surprised who the real identity of Kurosaki Ichigo is.

No spoiler here, but when I was reading the manga I was keeping up with which quincy was which by the letter they were given. Some of them have easy names but others not so much. So should be able to just call this one that they showed "J". Or there name if you can remember it. I won't go over any names, but some of them will definitely be easy to remember. I'm really excited this is coming out, anime looks amazing so far!
So far my calculations are right on point.(Both this and the last episode adapted around entire chapters in them).Looking how they were planning to do 50 episodes.(The Sternritter stands for Star Knight).And the latters are gonna be explained as the season goes on.(That being said they do have a meaning other then ranking).
To explain it "Stern Ritter" means: "Star Knight" in German. The letter has nothing to do with they ranking, they are all equally ranked and obviously ranked above the normal foot soldiers (obviously).

if you recall, quincies have the power to manipulate spirit energy, and turn them into weapons..remember uryu can make a bow, those "swords" that turn into arrows, as well as making that explosiong trap, all out of spirit energy...
So the quincy king didnt make those stairs out of "nothing"...he made them out of spirit energy, or "reishi"... keep this knowledge in mind, for future episodes...
