I saw this build on R2R and fell in love. This is my dream set up. Haven't seen it since all the corals were added. I knew right away it was your tank when I saw it. So awesome. Everything looks killer man. If you see this, what is your R2R build page?
Wow - incredible looking tank! I have a much smaller, fairly basic mixed reef and have just started the hybrid ‘moonshine’ method. ICP every 3 months and manually dose recommended trace - my corals have never looked better. Really good to see a really experienced reefer doing the same method with amazing long term success.
Victor, I think this isn't only for us but for you too. I see you're such a pro and you're still learning stuff from people you meet. Wow you sure get to see some amazing tanks, gracias compa!
I might be behind a bit on tech, but I noticed those shades right away, and think it’s really neat that you 3D printed them! Really nice work. It makes the fixture look luxe.
Good call on the manual options on your auto stuff. Stores always have that, but hobbyists don’t think of it (until their first malfunction.) So slick 😎
@peter @23:25 for the trident there IS a way to manually over ride the trident to customize the amount of daily tests. You can youtube or google "customize Neptune Trident's test schedule" , Reef to reef also has a nice written tutorial.
Beautiful tank!!! Waiting on delivery of my Reefer-S G2 1000, but have been thinking for months now about using a linear actuator or retrofitting a motorized desk to create a movable light fixture. Is there any way this gentleman can outline how he put everything together?
The old fan is a great way to cool a tank as long as you accept the damage it will do to all you other electronics in the house..... Unfortunately someone took old mate for a ride if that chloramine filter is just for the RO unit considering the size of a chloramine molecule has no chance of getting through the RO unit and it won't clog the membrane. The only pre-filters you need before an RO unit is micron filters to prevent solid particles getting into the RO membrane, everything else in the prefilters is just tipping money down the drain.....
I live in Corpus Christi, Texas and I unfortunately couldn't make it to Reefapalooza in Dallas but I will definitely be visiting your store when I go to Orlando in January. I definitely can't wait since WWC Superstore visit is on my bucket list!
Brilliant video and Brilliant tank, amazing coloration and growths. Yet, an overkill, you can achieve the same results, without 70% of what he has installed including the daily water change, the apex and all the additional trace elements he has and a greate evidence is his nano tank . But all what he has will bw very beneficial when his tank becomes full of sticks and he moves all his lps to the mushrom tanks.
yes, there are many ways to do reefing and you can have a banging tank with simple equipment! Peter just loves to play with all of the gadgets and we don't blame him! It's like cars or any other hobby 😅😁😁😁
Just a note, Victor - sometimes picking dogs up under the armpits hurts. Turn them sideways and get under the chest and butt instead ;) No judgement on not knowing - not too many do - but trying to pick my dog up under the arms hurts him enough to make him scream sometimes.
Been out of the hobby for 15 years, the blue light from these LED fixtures just dont do it for me. Halides had such a nicer white shimmering light. Im learning all the new gear thats come out but gotta say I think Im going halides on my new project.
Thank you for visiting guys ❤ Had a fun time!!
Thank you for having us!! Your displays are amazing and we enjoyed touring the fish room!! Amazing work!

Love it thank you guys so much
Super cool!!!! Thanks again!
Peter! Fast pace racing
Buy a duplex lens for the camera so reflection on glass and water disappear
I was planning to go to work early this morning. Guess I’ll have my coffee at home
Over 30min coffee break? 😂
Good call on the manual options on your auto stuff. Stores always have that, but hobbyists don’t think of it (until their first malfunction.) So slick 😎

Beautiful tank but I think the pups stole the show 😍 she want it all the attention
They deserve ll of the attention!!!! Who needs corals? lol
I have to have at least 100 of those feather dusters. I tried to get rid of them but they multiply! Thinking about dosing prazi
Great video Vic! really great info! love the fish Peter! call them chubbies
Thank you so much for watching and the support on the channel.
What an amazing setup bro! so sick!
Where did the wall art come from? Also beautiful
Lazycoffeedesigns is where art comes from
Surprise … Peter does everyone’s tank but also has a badass aquarium.
You are da best!
I love your love for doggies! ❤
You can actually set the trident to manual and then test when you're ready.
Love to see it!!!
We were excited for this one!!
Dude cray cray
Sweet vid/tank and great dude 😎🏋️♂️🤝
He's awesome!! Tank was stunning as well!
Amazing tank display 👌💯✌️🔥
I wish we could get the trident to test 2 times a week but only minimum of twice a day.
Im in NC. My TDS is 34.
@peter @23:25 for the trident there IS a way to manually over ride the trident to customize the amount of daily tests. You can youtube or google "customize Neptune Trident's test schedule" , Reef to reef also has a nice written tutorial.
Minimum trident per day is 4/2/2 4x alkalinity, 2 calcium 2 mag
Great job WWC
Thank you, you rock!!
I’m from NYC and yes the water from the Tap comes out at between 35-42 TDS. They do say we have the best tap water in the US
So jealous :(
long island is 150 tds where i live
How do you control the nitrates and phosphates on a tank this size?
I use an algae scrubber in combination with the roller mats and skimmer.
Beautiful tank!!! Waiting on delivery of my Reefer-S G2 1000, but have been thinking for months now about using a linear actuator or retrofitting a motorized desk to create a movable light fixture. Is there any way this gentleman can outline how he put everything together?
Best way to reach out to him is on Instagram!
You can get trident to test once a day if you want
Peter is a coral scientist.
Wow congrats Peter on the WWC tank tour!
Well deserved, his tank is amazing and we love his fish room!!
Thanks Cody! ❤
Awesome vids love looking at other peoples tanks. In Australia our well where I am tap water is 35-37ppm.
Keep these vids coming 🍻
Same here! We're always learning/seeing something new!
Really inspiring
Absolutely!! He's doing an awesome job, we'd love to come back another day!
@bayarea_reef hats off man beautiful tanks!! I love the automation. How do you keep your tanks in the garage cool, during the summer months??
That’s crazy 200-250 TDS from the tap. Mine is 4-6 from the tap it’s very low here which I love!
You can go lower than twice a day on the Trident. Just need to look up how to change the code.
Very nice tank

Very informative… thx sir
Thank you for watching!
This man breed aiptasia and scrape every invert shells.. Definitely mad marine scientist 😅
10:58 love that fatty borbonius anthias, so cute
Casper is at 10:05 in the upper left corner of the tank.
What did you use for the chloramines? What is the main problem this solves by removing them?
I wish he lived near me so he could’ve set up my tank
We need more Peters! 🤣🤣
For me, solution for the feather duster worms was Copperband Butterfly.
They did a good job with it?
@@WorldWideCorals
One Copperband in 350 galon solved hundreds of Feather Dusters in a few weeks. I never saw any in the tank after that.
10:09 cool fish
They're so fun to watch!!
Wow I just realized by how much I missed Casper 😂. I didn’t find him this video
Tell me you don't have any free time without telling me that you don't have any free time. 😂
My tds out of my well tap is between 30s-40s
niceee!!
Vic, Cecar Millan of fishes and corals 🤣
LOL I like this one for sure
Just a note, Victor - sometimes picking dogs up under the armpits hurts. Turn them sideways and get under the chest and butt instead ;)
No judgement on not knowing - not too many do - but trying to pick my dog up under the arms hurts him enough to make him scream sometimes.
My daughter always reminds me by yelling, "Cradle the butt!" 😂
Thanks for the info!!
Love the ruby red wrasse.. but can't find it in fish shops. maybe I have the name wrong.. can anyone help me with the wrasse name?
coco stole the show!
🤣🤣🤣 Lets go coco!!
Time stamp 10:05 upper right hand corner.
