  • In this video I look at another ebay purchase lol
But in all honesty, I love this CRT. Perfect for 240p and 480i games, really sharp and crisp and amazing for the money. Would highly recommend buying one if you can get it, as it looks quite a bit better then most sony PVM's.

    Very nice monitor!.
I believe the 3.58mhz trap is for composite inputs only and reduces dot crawl from the chroma information.

Hey, are you familiar with chroma demod alignment issues (phase shift) with colors? Red seems to be the one that stands out the most for me. The color bars test screen shows some red color drift to the right where it should end on the bar. I read from some basic research it has to do with chroma shift from demodulation being out of wack. Any idea how to correct or do I just live with it and game on?

Love your channel absolutely love the content there's nothing really like it on UA-cam but I could also really use your help. I've got a Samsung TX-R2435. I'm looking for the factory deflection settings or something close ould be great...willing to pay you for your time.

I think its sharpness is great, but the colors need a bit more saturation

Never judge a CRT’s colors by how it looks on video, my CRT looks vibrant in person but looks very dull on camera, no matter how much I fiddle with the camera settings I can’t get it to look how it does irl.

You have any experience with Sansui? My dad just found me one with s video and component. Great set you got there! Thanks!

before the last second they decided not to make a tube tv. Many small tvs complemented with a complete variation of input. I have a 14 in Changhong CRT which has 2 composite inputs 1 component input 1 composite output and 1 s video.

What do you think? Can you give a advice? I live in pal region and got only pal consoles (snes, dreamcast, ps1-2, xbox 360, N64). If do I buy it is this monitor can issue all needs in retro gaming?
I ask it because i hear that PAL is about 50 hz and that NTSC has more than 50 hz. But i really never had ntsc experience.
