We're in the RGV for 4 months every winter.
Awesome place! We are about 10 minutes away. We keep our camper down there about 6 months out of the year and go to fish. We love Rockport.

Love that area Rockport, Port Aransas, etc. Been going to the area for years. And FYI we call all the winter residents "Snowbirds"
Oh yeah. We have a video we put out 3 years ago reviewing a different resort down there and the title of it says…how we become snowbirds! Lol
I say winter Texans now because we full time RV and dont just come down to leave the cold snow or nothing like that. Plus snowbird sounds old hahahaha

My seasonal site in northern Wisc is only a 50 site camp grounds. Sure it's only functional about 6 months a year (about mid-April to mid-oct depending on cold & snow). Prices just went up for 2024 to a bit over $1,350/season. 1st $60 on electric is included, but we have meters to pay over that. Water & sewer also included. No pool. Volley ball (sand) court, Pavillion and live music & food party on weekend after July 4th also included. Very spacious grass sites. Most have their own sheds & decks built on site. 85% retired people (not me). Mixed open & trees. Surrounded by woods. On ATV trails & many of us are part of the local Atv/Utv club. Your prices for offerings sounds very comparable.

Well I finally started watching your UA-cam channel and now I’m caught up and you no longer do adventures and Megan is absent to all your how to’s. I guess that is the direction you took. I feel a variety is the spice. I know you all need to find what is better for your channel. I do find many of your episodes helpful. I’m only on instagram and I do find that daunting at times with putting a reel together. Just the time you put into these UA-cam episodes, I applaud you. Take care. Thank you, it’s a struggle for real. Yeah it just seems we have more success with the how to and maintenance videos. We really don’t travel as much so that’s another reason we don’t do that style video anymore not to mention we like to live in the moment when we are out exploring and don’t want to have to worry about filming everything. 👍🏼
