Is it OK to do photo manipulation I'm Adobe photoshop also use the raw images in Adobe Photoshop raw... Some people says me that it's wrong to do cc and photoshop manipulation... What are the rules regulations to follow be a good wildlife photographer??

Editing is good but it has limit

Photography is an art - How you present the art to your viewers is your decision. Of course, in wildlife photography we have natural history photography where we show what we saw - nothing more, nothing less. And you can also manipulate the wildlife images to be creative and make it a digital art. Nothing wrong with that. As long as you are honest about your work and don't lie, it's absolutely ok.
