How should prevent your nails from breaking?
I have faced this many times so I stopped growing my nails but after watching your videos I’m getting a lot of inspiration to grow them back again 🙏😊
put on coconut oil or olive oil your nail is not growing strong so you can use that💕
You can file them a little bit every week or however often you need to with a glass/crystal nail file (make sure to file the sides!!) , you can wear nail polish to protect the nails, you can't use your nails as tools like to open soda cans or something, and if you need to wash dishes or something make sure to use gloves or use gloves whenever you know your hands are going to be in water for a prolonged period of time. It helps to treat your nails like you just got a new set of acrylics or just painted your nails all the time and to just be more careful and gentle with them. Hope this advice helps
Garlic cloves ka can help to grow your nails and your nails will become strong garlic cloves also help you to prevent your nails from breakage and warm olive oil and massage your nails so your nails will become more stronger after that you apply body lotion that suit in your body and massage your nails your nails after that apply vasline and massage your nails will also starts growing
Raw garlic cloves do wonders for nail strength
Always put oil on your nails throughout the day

My nails aren't this long, but it's long. Always wear nail polish, always use curtical oil, always push your curticals back. Never open things with your nails. Just watch them grow
It's not luck, it takes care and effort to maintain them.

Hey there I know this comment is from 4 months ago but I still wanted to inform you that this is wrong. DON'T file your nails in a back and forth motion. Only one way. Also clip and file your nails when soft so they don't break. I hope these tips help!

I use Cutex ultra powerful nail polish remover. Great for removing press on nails and obviously regular nail polish. ❤
I feel like if you had nails this long it would be easier to do stuff with them because you didn't just pop on a pair of fake nails where your not used to the length they grew out so as they get longer you get more used to them.
