Hi there, I bought one these however the “seat” painfully pushes into my neck as it is quite hard. Did you have the same problem or am I doing something wrong? I haven’t gotten my daughter to sit in it properly yet because she cries when I try but the hard “seat” protrudes painfully when she’s not seated. Does it improved when your child sits in the “seat”. Thank you for your time with my question.

I've found it to be comfortable for a short amount of time. And that's about it.
