This is very impressive for being self-taught, it sounds pretty in tune and your vibrato is amazing for someone who has only been playing for 8 months! There are just a few things to focus on, mostly string crossings and making sure your wrist is nice and fluid while you play (in other words relax your wrist a bit more), if you work on those things this will sound even better than it already does! (I play cello and violin!), overall, this was really good and congratulations on completing something extremely hard for most musicians, which is self-teaching ourselves! Keep practicing and you will do great!
Of course it strongly depends on the day, but about 30 minutes proper practice and another 20 to 80 minutes to of just playing around what I feel like. I do practice quite much, but not always very effective.
Nice
As a person that plays violin for 5 years i can say that you play in tune and very good as a self taugh.

How much that violin
How many hours a day do you practice and study?
