New salad recipe, beetroot, carrot and cabbage - perfect combination.

Ingredients:
½ Medium Cabbage
1 Beetroot
1 Medium Carrot
1 Onion
50ml of Olive Oil
½ Lime
1 Teaspoon of Salt
1 Generous Pinch of Black Pepper
1 Pinch of Sugar
1 Cup of Cooked Kidney Beans (240ml Cup)
Parsley to Taste

Greetings from Bangalore, India.
This is one of my favourite salads, but with some difference. I don’t much like kidney beans so have never tried them in salads. But I add purple cabbage to the three ingredients in the salad here. A couple of times I have added soaked and boiled horsegram.
I use vinaigrette dressing with little red wine vinegar added.
Your video is beautiful, recipe is to the point and explained well.
