Nothing last, I see other comments saying you'll be happy again and sure many you will it depends on the person but regardless you'll also be sad again and that is life realistically it beautiful yet suffering surrounds us the struggle of life if you can look at it from another perspective can be something that has beauty to it alas that is life a beautiful and lonely life where people come and go and we find comfort in the wistfulness of this ambience. I'm assuming it's either the original audio run through something to stretch and warp it a bit, or (and I assume probably more likely, since the description does say 'covered' rather than 'remixed') dhe just plays it with a nice reverb effect turned way up. possibly played slowly, possibly slowed later, not sure
I think it's someone who recorded himself sleeping with his head on the keyboard, slightly moving left and right 🤭 Just kidding, I love the thing. Perfect to focus on the bugs I'm trying to fix in my code right now.
He gets the MIDI with Melodyne or a similar program, or alternatively he copy all the notes by ear and put them into MIDI Piano Roll in a DAW, then he plays the MIDI back with this sound which sound some simple synthesis which is high cut filtered (for the soft flute-/soft-pipe-organ-like sound/timbre) and also there's a pitch modulation which gives a wooden (maybe pan)flute-like vibrato effect that you can hear in Native American flute/panflute music, and of course a lot of reverb, he also increased the Attack value of something called the "ADSR volume envelope", which just means that every single sound fades in from silence (as opposed to starting loud strongly like a guitarstring when picked for ex.) the same thing happening with the Release on the ADSR volume envelope but maybe a little less increase.
