Ingredients:
3 liters of milk.
1-2 lemons.
100g butter.
1 teaspoon French mustard.
1 sheet of tortilla dough.
1 tomato.
A bunch of dill.
A bunch of parsley.

Lo he hecho muchas veces. Con 3 litros de leche fresca, sale aprox unos 600/700 gr de queso crema. También lo hice con manteca y con crema ( nata) y queda excelente. Lo malo: le queda un poco de sabor al limón 🤷☹️ y cuesta un poco lograr que se corte la leche para lograr la ricota. También utilizé mitad vinagre y mitad limón, es más aceptable y más rapido. I don't think it would. The lemon, or vinegar, reacts with the proteins in the milk and causes it to curdle. Nondairy milks don't have that, but you can still make cheese from them. 😊
