Whenever I watched SC proceedings, which haven’t been often, I found CJP speaking more than the lawyers/advocates. Shouldn’t it be other way round ?

I, me and myself is the core norm that CJ is adhering to. He keeps on uttering virtually gibberish and repeating himself over and over again but doesn't let others to have their say. Among the lawyers, his fav one is AG. When he talks, he let him talk and even agrees with him

I have not seen an unregulated circus as this proceeding before. Is our national language is Urdu or English, CJP is setting a wrong precedent of this bureaucratic mess without addressing the real question as he has done in the previous hearing related to assigning BAT symbol. CJP talks much without giving any opportunity to the other practitioners to express their legal opinion without cjp interruption.

Chief Justice has cup which is already full so it is simply a waste of time to argue in front of him. He will listen to AG with patience but other side doesn't get the same opportunity from the CJP.

Honble cjp u utilized the 80% of time of court and are not allowing the counsel for parties to argue. Only u r not the only person to speak English in country. Go through the definition of judge. Judge must hear the parties patiently . I think it is missing.
