Hey bro great video. I have some things I’d like to add and share if you wanna make a follow up video on this 1. A very common mistake with players is they think getting more max armor will reduce the damage taken this is not true. In order to have less damage taken you have to up your head torso leg armor. I’ve done tests on this by getting hit then upping the hell out of my head torso leg armor and it dropped from -72 to -56 just to give a example. So to summarize you can have a shit ton of max armor but if your regular armor head torso leg are really low then your max armor bar will be eaten with ease . I am not sure if the new sniper sigil armor reduction affects max armor or regular armor 2. If your running shield there is a expertise you should max out that gives you a great amount of damage reduction to your HP when you run out of max armor. So if you have a lot of HP this is definitely worth maxing out 3. There is a sniper skill that if your hit by you will temporarily be unable to heal properly or be healed. In this brief instance max armor could be beneficial again IF your ARMOR head torso leg are very high. Because as stated before if your amount of armor sucks Then investing in a lot of max armor is useless because you can kiss that blue bar goodbye in a heartbeat. 4. While it’s easier said then done you should have as much as both as possible but each persons build and situation will vary. Having a lot of hp and max armor and a lot of regular armor will not be easy for everyone 5. This isn’t entirely related to topic but close. Final tip is if your playing PVP use damage resistance buffs. If your playing PVE using armor buffs works better. Don’t forgot you can whip out that guitar too for a armor buff as well. I use it in astral if I run out of food for armor buffs to survive
Just want to add that max armor is only better than HP when you have a build that revolvew around max armor (i.e. HP tech, armor regen, wartime, ability steal or armor slash) since they all have max armor scaling. It's also good for slow fights since you have the time to recover max armor and when a healer revives you with focus skill because u get full max armor back but not HP. At the end of the day, a balanced build would be the best since it prepares you for both short and long fights.
This literally never happened before, only after they released load balance on training matches, f2p was even shittier back in the beginning, when level cap was 59, everyone was 13-15k and the whale's was fcking 40k, f2p died like paper everywhere. Nowadays I see every fucking whale dropping at training, even Near. The only ones that don't die there are the feel good players and the hackers, but most whale's donno how to proper PvP without being carried by rating and gold chips. All other PvP modes are fcking whallet fest.
You can roll armor damage reduction so that the enemy does less damage to your max armor. Yes, it says armor dmg reduction, but it is referring to your max armor and not your regular armor stat. I've tested this with my 5.2% armor dmg reduction. Zombies on stygian island or whatever were doing 77 on my max armor and then 81 on my normal HP bar. Doing the math, its about 5% difference. I personally would also take into account the fact that HP tech provides you armor stats which will naturally help you with your defenses. You do make a good point with armor explosion though. I guess it depends on what people value more. I personally would still get HP tech since the armor dmg reduction can be rolled with enough attempts and the fact that it provides armor for all parts of the body.

I miss the time when F2P was strong in this game.
